The property is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable and it feels homely. The room and common areas are well maintained and spotless and the pool is nice to cool off. The breakfast is simple but is made fresh and it is very tasty. The hosts are lovely and very helpful with recommendations. Overall I would highly recommend this B&B.

Simple but delicious breakfast, small but cute pool and garden. Very helpful hosts, instructed us how to get around town and arrange a taxi for us for a great price. Also, one luggage storage on check-outday was very helpful. And most importantly, the AC managed to keep the heat outside.

I only stayed one night, but if I do come back to Cancun for longer I would stay again. I stayed in the smallest room, but it isn't too small and is comfy. Good breakfast, lovely people running the bed and breakfast that make sure you are well and arrive well. Good location in terms of being close to the ADO bus station.

Nothing directly related to the property. Location within 20 min walk from the main bus station in Cancun, difficult to reach on foot with heavy suitcases and in scorching heat; a bit better by local public transport - small buses.

Clean, comfortable b&b, good breakfast and very good customer care. Nice little pool that looked very nice within the little garden.

Everything was great, the location was great for us as it was near the bus station but I can imagine for others it could be further from the beach.

Fast responses from Sandra on Booking.com and Whatsapp. Lupita was very friendly and her breakfast was really nice. Our room was spacious and facilities were all clean, easily accessible clean water to drink as well. The lollipops were a nice touch :)

Bed was a touch small, a small double so was a bit snug but otherwise fine

Charming B&B in the town, lovely room and bathroom. Bed is a small double but the AC/fans work well. Shared kitchen/fridge, fresh breakfast provided by the host. Small pool area for chilling with loungers, tables and chairs. 15 min walk from bus station and close to nearby shops/eateries. Hotel is about 15 mins drive from Playa Delfines [£8-£12 Uber] and 10 mins drive from the ferry port to go over to Isla Mejures [£5-£7 Uber]. Would stay again and reasonably priced.

The bathroom basin did appear to leak into the floor.

Lovely common area, very good price for a single room with a private bathroom and the staff were always friendly, responsive and helpful.

The price is a bit steep for a basic room.

Breakfast was very good, outside on the terrace near the pool. Host was friendly. Location is good, a 15 min walk to the ADO bus station, many ATMs and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a 1-night stay after your flight.

Great location, close to the ADO central, the room was super clean and comfortable, the pool area is beautiful and Sandra’s welcome and breakfast were great! 100% recommended!

One side of the bed had an electric outlet on the nightstand, but the other side did not. My partner ended up using the extension cord he brought for his CPAP machine, so we did not need to switch from our regular sides of the bed.

Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Sandra booked a taxi for us to go to the airport and told us about some local shopping. The main entry room was very comfortable to sit and read in. It was so nice to have coffee ready in the morning and a tasty breakfast shortly after. We had a little time before checkout and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and patio. I would definitely recommend Bed and Breakfast Pecari. Great hospitality, I felt very welcome!

Mornings could be a bit noisy with people opening doors and having breakfast downstairs - sometimes I wanted to sleep more but was unable to because of the noise.

Service was great and the staff was lovely. Location was good and easily walkable to main tourist points or a bus stop that could get you there. They gave great info about what to do in the area.

Although I didn't watch much TV, I found that the two remote controls were difficult to navigate.

Pretty much everything was great during my two nights there. The breakfast is always superb and the atmosphere is great.

Breakfast inhouse or in the lovely garden. Located in a quiet street but near to everything. Hosts provide you with a lot of travel information for Cancun and surrounding. If we have a chance to comeback, Pecari will be our first choice,
