The bed was very firm (hard). Would have liked more breakfast choices. Incense scent was too strong when you entered the building.

I just stayed here for one night before flying out the next day. It was a perfect place to stop over. Sandra was really helpful and organised a taxi to the airport which was super convenient.

With the main road closed Uber drivers found it hard to find but the host sent clear directions.

After being at an all inclusive resort this was a quiet retreat before we flew out. The host was very helpful and her communication was excellent. The facilities are lovely. It's very close to the main road but it doesn't feel like that. It's safe and secure.

Our stay was amazing thanks to Sandra and Andrea. They were so warm, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They are hosts that go above and beyond. The accommodation its self is very sweet and relaxing. We would love to stay here again.

Size of the room can be very small - I knew about it (8qm²), not any influence on my review, for one night it is perfect, but be aware of it, if you want to live "out of your suitcase" (can be "shallow").

Room as described, hot shower, super friendly staff, easy self-check-in, restaurants and OXXO very close by.

Wow, the decor of the place absolutely added to our stay. It’s such a beautiful building and even though the room we got was small, it was comfortable and clean. The host provided clear communication and the place has a very systematic check-in process. The sumptuous breakfast by the host was a particular highlight!

We took an ADO bus from the airport. And it was a very quiet street but next to a busy Main Street.

Everything was wonderful! I had no complaints. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved our brief stay here! Our only regret is that we didn't have time to stay longer. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. Before arriving, we received clear instructions on how to check in. The message also included some amazing restaurant recommendations within walking distance. Sandra also organized a ride to the airport for us in the morning. We felt so taken care of during our time there. If we ever visit Cancun again, we will definitely book here!
