We had an amazing time while staying at Bed and Breakfast Pecari. It feels like home. The rooms are cozy, clean and have nice & comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy it outside at the pool area. If you want to have a quiet and relaxing stay - choose this place!

The room we had had no window to open. The window in the room opens into the livingroom and the bathroom window opens to a garage so there's no fresh air coming in. We only stayed one night, van+AC work good so for our stay it was not really a problem.

Good location, waking distance from shops and restaurants and convenient to the airport. Owner makes delicious breakfast and was very nice taking to. They're very welcoming and try to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also the small pool was nice to take a swim and relax with a book.

house has many room rented to different people, we were unlucky to be next to a couple from Europe with a baby and a toddler, the baby was clearly sleeping on european time crying starting 4 am …

A very secure gated entry system, very straightforward. Quiet, with a small pool area, which was enjoyed during the heat if the day. Andrea cooked breakfast, scrambled egg on toast, after fruit compote. He is very friendly & informative & looked after us very well.

Really nice hosts and very welcoming! They helped us with many tips on what to do in the area and in Mexico overall. We loved the place as it is close to many street food, restaurants, supermarkets, bust stop, everything basically and in the same time it is super quiet and safe. There is a lot of parking available in front and 50m away as well in a parking lot. Easy in and out of Cancun. I highly recommend it.

Room didn't have any external windows. Not a problem for our one night stay but if staying longer worth considering. Excellent price though, more than worth it.

Nothing negative really!

- Very nice and helpful hosts - I checked in late when no one was around, but I was given a very detailed description of how to get into the building beforehand, so it was no problem - good simple breakfast, you sit at one table with the other guests which I think is nice - nice and small B&B, the building and the rooms seemed well cared for - about 15 - 20 min walk to the bus terminal

Nothing! Everything was great for the one night we stayed!

The hosts Sandra and Andrea were super helpful and friendly. Communication was clear and informative starting from 3-4 days before our arrival until the very last minute! Great tips as to how to get to the BnB, go about, take public transport, where to eat, and great info on airport transport. Breakfast was pretty decent (scrambled eggs with ham and onion, toast, choice of coffee/hot chocolate/juice or water, different kinds of jams, and a nice bowl of mixed fruits) and our hosts agreed to give us an early breakfast at 7:30am to accommodate us with our flight schedule. The BnB itself is quite charming and very clean. Our room came with an ensuite bathroom with towels, shampoo and body wash. The pool area is small but cute and relaxing. We were there only for a night so we didn't use the pool. Hot water was available at all times for the shower. The only reason I've given 9 out of 10 is that no matter how perfect (which Sandra and Andrea were!), there's always room for improvement to become even better :) I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back if visiting Cancun again!!

Sandra is a great host. The hotel is small but very cute - we loved it there. For us it was the perfect hotel for one night. After a long flight we wanted a near hotel before driving to Tulum. As we arrived after midnight, it was perfect, that we could check-in on our own. Sandra sent us all the necessary information via Whatsapp - that was so helpful.
