I had a nice stay at the B&B. The room for one person is small and basic, as expected, and has no window. Sandra texted me in advance all the needed information for self check-in and tips. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.

No staff upon arrival. It was a self check in. My room # 6 was way too small : nowhere to open a suitcase or hang clothes. I wish I was informed by its size : pictures do not help to see how small it is. This room would be great for a solo backpacker. Mattress of bed had a sinkhole and must be replaced asap. Breakfast was basic but coffee was very good.. it was dark upon arrival and I could not clearly see the numbers on the doorlock.

Host Sandra was very helpful. Meeting people at the breakfast table.

The room is poorly soundproofed, you hear everything from the other rooms and also downstairs. The bed was quite hard, the shower not that good.

The location is good, nearby the airport and not too loud. Also the host was really kind, she gave a lot of information before we arrived and checked whether we arrived safely.

We didn’t know it was a self checkin without owners staying ( Canada B&B usually have the owners there) so around 11pm others came in and partied till 2am banging on all the room doors including ours .Since we were up since 4am we didn’t like no one was there to shut it down. The owners in the morning where do nice and helpful to call taxi and get us on our way to the next destination.

As an avid traveller with almost 40 countries, I’ve learned a lot over the last years. I always choose hotels based on very specific details. The times of partying are over and I’m always looking for peace and quiet because I’m visiting & learning about the culture all day long. That being said, it’s a nice little place, but two things are worth mentioning. 1. They have a policy of no partying & “quiet time between 10 & 8”. This is the main reason I chose this place. Sadly, for both of my nights, young travellers were talking loud, banging doors & making noise. I understand they don’t have control on this, but I’m certain they didn’t remind them of that because they didn’t remind me. I read it and obey to that rule. The problem is; my room was right at the entrance of the place and also my window was giving right on the back patio. So, I was hearing every single person going out, heading upstairs, talking outside in the back or people in the kitchen and living room. Definitely not appreciated. Worst room placement I had in years. I shared with them the situation, they answered back stating they were sorry, but they didn’t offer any compensation or anything. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and you have that room; I’m sorry, it won’t happen. For that reason only, the price isn’t justified. 2. This one is pretty quick and easy: the beds are really uncomfortable. My inflatable camping sleeping pad is a lot more comfortable, and it’s only a few inches thick. For these reasons, I, as the type of traveller I am, wouldn’t use this establishment again. But, I can still recommend if these things don’t matter to you.

The place was clean and the location good for me because I travelled to Mexico for culture purposes & wanted to be close to the bus station and not on the Hotel Strip. Lady was kind, she prepared me a little sandwich because I had to leave before breakfast for Chichen Itza.

The owners are very nice and gave us some great tips and advice for the rest of our trip. We arrived at the hotel after 24+ hours of traveling and it felt like a nice, quiet garden. Breakfast is great.

We rented a car, the front road was completely cut off so we had to go around and not being familiar to the area, it took us a VERY LONG time to get to the destination. Despite, being very close to town, it was a bit of a let down due construction. BEWARE OF THE CANCUN TRAFFIC POLICE!!!

Pool was mega dirty when we arrived in the evening. It wasn't cleaned the next morning either. Look at the pics - no one wants to go swimming there. Besides the aircon didn't work, so we couldn't sleep.

No attempt at providing some type of breakfast .

It was convenient as we only stayed from 8 pm to 3 am to catch an early flight. The amenities were ok , I was a bit disappointed that although the owner knew we had ro get up early for a flight , no attempt was made to at least leave fruit or pastries for our breakfast that we had paid for . The time we returned to Cancun booked a hotel instead and it was cheaper.
