Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomYou could easily hear others and the water seemed to run out quick. Shared bathroom was ok, but toilet paper could be better stocked
Such nice people, providing helpful information and recommendations on arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, different hot and cold food, with nice coffee served each day! The location was great, in the heart of Roma Norte, so many good restaurants and bars in walk g distance. I also went running as it’s near Chapultepec park. Nice large room, with all that you need for a short stay. The shower was also very good.

PolandHours of breakfast - too late, unfortunately we missed most of them. System of door opening - not working too fast, sometimes you need to wait some time oudoors to get in. Location in terms of using metro station - unfortunately the closest metro line is under renovation, which makes it much more difficult to use now - please have it in mind while planning.
The price included in price - very tasty, but unfortunately, only in very limited hours (from 8:30 which is late if you plan trips) The room standard - very nice. Location - close to Zona Rosa - nice for visiting interesting clubs. Also close to Chapultepec Park. Many OXXO's around. The accessibility of shared bathroom - very good.

United KingdomAlthough the security system was very thorough, we really didn’t like the entry system to the property as we had to wait a little a few times before being buzzed in. This is not a reason to avoid staying here however.
Great location, walkable to many great food spots and attractions. Breakfast was good. Very good security too. The owner & other staff were very nice and friendly, so was Pingo their cute dog 🐕

United StatesEarplugs are required because you can hear other guests when they enter the hallway or talk loudly in their rooms. It gets loud at night. Entering the main door or the other floors requires a staff member unlocking the door for you.
Large room and bathroom. Plenty of space to hang things and store items. Free drinking water was provided when available. The private restroom was a good size. The location was central to public transit, though the metro was temporarily closed.

CroatiaYou have key of room, but you don' have key of apartment and building so you need to ring every time when you return to the room, if it is early or late I feelt uncomfortable. The owner is too official..
Great location, clean and comfortable, the lady who works there is very nice and always with smile.

Staff is the best, friendliest, helpful and kind. I just wish they had a newer hotel, but for the price I don't think anything could be done better.

New ZealandThe bathrooms weren't always very clean and didn't smell great. Some of the lights in our room didn't work well and it felt dark. The sheets and towels were clean but quite old.
The staff and the location could not be better. The room was really large. Breakfast was simple but made with care. It was nice to feel like staying in a home while in the middle of the city, close to Reforma and all that Roma has to offer.

Germany-you always need to wait for them to open the door - a social/ hangout area is missing, the atmosphere is wired as it's like a apartment in a big block house (not marked as a hotel) with just rooms (very unpersonal) -loud doors -expensive for the price
+ A comfortable room&bed, run by an helpful family (You have breakfast in their apartment)

GermanyA particular disadvantage is that you don't get a key but always have to ring the bell, which sometimes involves longer waiting times. It is also not possible to go to the other floor without problems, for example to use the kitchen. Each floor always has to be opened separately by the employee. If they are busy, it can take a few minutes. Even if you come home late at night, there is a certain amount of unsafety involved because you may have to wait outside the door in the dark for another 3 minutes. It didn't really feel good to be so dependent on the staff just to get into the building or to move around inside the building. It made you feel somehow unfree and sometimes trapped (when you had to wait between the different floors to be let in). I would strongly advise the accommodation to provide keys/key cards/PIN codes. Another big problem was the bank in the street, the last 2 nights of our stay, the alarm system sounded loudly and continuously in the room and made the nights an ordeal. Of course, this is not the accommodation's fault, but it is still a major drawback and reason enough not to come back again. However, we were kindly given an alternative room on the last night, where the noise was less audible. The breakfast is mainly convenience products and not fresh, it doesn't taste particularly good. I am also sure that I left money in the room that was not given to me after I checked out. I can't prove it, but the communication about it was a bit frustrating. In itself, the accommodation has a lot of potential that could be used by upgrading the communal areas and perhaps even the roof and by providing easier access with own keys for the guests.
The accommodation is in a good location and the employee who was available around the clock was very nice. TV and beds were a good value for the price, bathroom was outside the room but still felt private and was clean.

New ZealandI would suggest giving people staying a code, so they can come and go without needing to be buzzed in. There could still be a curfew after which you do need to be let in.
It’s clean, comfortable and well located. It’s basic but you get what you pay for and the facilities are good. The breakfast was yum and the host was lovely.

GreeceI wasn’t gonna write a review but it was faulty advertised and I was really really disappointed. The bathroom was separate to the room and has no where to leave our toiletries. It wasn’t very clean either. We stayed for a week and they didn’t change our sheets which I was the most shocked about. After day 4 we asked for a change of towels. The room was super cold, no mirrors, no hooks and plugs weren’t working. Additionally, we didn’t have a key to open the door so we had to wake up the women who works there every time we got to the apartment which we felt so uncomfortable. When we asked the manager about the inconvenience about the key set up he answered us about security. it takes a long time to open the main door and as mentioned we had to wake up someone every time we got back.
Just location and breakfast was ok
