Only had 2 towels in the room, we could have used an additional small one to dry hands and one for the floor after showering. Other than that everything else was great.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Really liked the free airport transportation, it made for an easy start to a long day.

The employees were extremely helpful and welcoming. Any questions I had they helped and accomodated however they could. There is a free shuttle service available to the airport so long as it is arranged ahead of time. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is open from 7-11pm and complimentary breakfast in the mornings. You can take your food up to your room and leave your plates in the room for housekeeping to clean. And a complimentary drink station that is available 24/7 such as a coffee and aguas frescas. The room themselves are comfortable and offer the basics but the price, location, and friendliness are superb, will definitely come again the next time I need to be close to the airport or am looking for an affordable amazing stay

Small room but fine for a short stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the airport. They also have great coffee 24 hours, a restaurant, and free 24 hour taxi to the airport! I went at 3:45 a.m.! Great budget hotel for early or late flights.

The only part is if you have a room on the first floor there is a lot of noise from front desk and people coming in and out of hotel.

It was close to the airport. It t had free breakfast. The staff was great. I ended up getting really sick and they were so nice about the check out time. They allowed us to stay a little bit pass check out since I was moving slow without paying extra. Very clean and rooms were nice.

As I sat eating I was face to face with at least eight flies on the lobby side of the glass that lingered there (eying my meal) the whole time I ate…very unappealing. The shower was not clean. Too much light from the hall came through at the bottom of the door right in my face when lying in bed. This completely ruined the effect of having blackout curtains. I had to put a towel down to block it. Of note…there was a fair amount of noise from traffic at the back of the hotel where my room was so if you are noise sensitive, this would be an issue. Was not the case for me.

Hard to give true ratings because there are some great things and some less than great things. The one thing worth mentioning because it was so standout is the service I received from Sergio upon arriving at the front desk…friendly, professional, helpful well beyond the norm. He went above and beyond. Do what ever you can to keep him!! Clone him. Have him train other staff. He provided an excellent first impression and provided the quality of care he would if he owned the hotel. In contrast, another front desk staff working with him was less than helpful when I asked her a question later in the day. Uninspired, clearly not interested in helping and quick to dismiss me. I don’t know if the restaurant belongs to the hotel or is private but one waitress was quite sirly and the other nice enough but inattentive. It took another customer drawing her attention to me to get my bill after several failed attempts by me. Taxi service to the airport, though a little disorganized was a very nice touch. But Sergio! If you could clone him you’d have a 5+ star facility!

The dish I ordered (Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken) in your on-site restaurant was okay, but the sauce had a bitter undertone. The Dos Equis Ambar beer was excellent! Service was fast and excellent. I'll try a different entree next time.

Very good service at check in and check out. The room was large, as was the king sized bed. I slept very well on the bed and the pillows were quite comfortable. Nice rain water shower in the morning and they provide you with plenty of shampoo and soap. It's very convenient to the airport and they had a free taxi to take me to the airport at 3:30 AM.
