Restaurant service after hours was very slow, so we left but next day bufette experience was good and food very good too.

Room size and comfort very good, it was quite as expected. Renovations under way at the lobby was unpleasant but understandable. We enjoyed it and will be back.

The room was not clean, there were ants in the bathroom and in the furniture of the room.

The location, the pool are excellent. The room is also very good. The small fridge was available and working, it was very useful.

In one corner of my shower there was a black spot about 4 inches long that looked like mold. Need to pay closer attention to detail when cleaning. Food was a little bit overpriced.

Beach access was awesome, it was in a great location, close to all the best spots in town! The pool had a pool bar we loved. People there were super friendly and professional!

It’s a very good hotel chain in Mexico with prestige and quality in its service. top quality facilities, but years go by and if you do not update the whites, the maintenance in the bathrooms will become obsolete and the price per night will be overpriced and you will not be satisfied with the facilities, the service and the guest service staff is first class. quality. in atention.

The food and drink were very disappointing. We had breakfast in the Vela restaurant as we saw a promotion when we arrived, we ordered straight from their menu (which was very limited for breakfast and not at all what you'd expect in Mexico). The Eggs Benedict were an utter disappointment. They were overcooked and it seems they were put in an oven because the sauce was hard and dry. They did not have salmon (as stated in the menu) and did not resemble any eggs Benedict I've had anywhere else in the world. The French Toast we ordered was just a piece of bread (no egg at all) with cream top and some berries. Again it did not resemble any French Toast anyone could hope to expect when ordering. Their cocktails were equally disappointing. The Michelada with Clamato was almost undrinkable. It had way way too much sauce (particularly Worcestershire sauce), so much so you couldn't taste the Clamato, or the beer for that matter. Their Margaritas were more like a lime slushie. I thought I could taste a hint of tequila in them but I'm not sure if I was just imagining it. One of the bartenders at the pool bar was a little unpleasant, but his more chipper and attentive colleagues made up for it and decided to give it a pass.

The hotel was very nice, with the beach right in front and a very large pool. The room was outstanding in presentation and facilities. The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely shower and huge mirror. The air-conditioning thermostat gave you the illusion it let you choose the temperature but in reality it always cooled down to 18°C. But it wasn't unmanageable; we just turned it off at night. The TV was very large and had a great selection of channels, though being a Smart TV it was disappointing not being able to use my Netflix or Disney+ on it. Overall the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were all very kind. We were given a nice discount on food and drinks throughout our stay but that didn't make up for the quality.

The pillows and comforter were stinky, the sheets smelled clean but the heavy linens had BO, which made it hard to sleep on. The restaurant was pricey for an average food.

the food is expensive, there is no other restaurants within walking distance, they don't have a store with snacks that you can get after hours

Although pool was cleaned daily, much beach sand was still visible on floor bottom. This can definitely improve :-/

Best location by far in comparison to other Hotels if you are looking for a beachfront Hotel :)
