The room could have some storage space for clothes e.g drawers or wardrobe. It was not a problem for us as we only spent 1 night but it would have been useful if we were staying longer. Nothing else to remark!

Beautiful small guesthouse in great location. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the mezcal tasting offered. I would happily stay again anytime!

Everything! It was by far our best stay in Mexico! The staff was amazing and really helpful, the homemade breakfast was perfect and we really enjoyed the nice atmosphere. The casa is cozy and you feel right at home. We couldn't recommend enough and would definitely go back :-)

We had only one fan to cool us down during the summer. At times I got pretty hot and had to wake up in the middle of the night.

Very gorgeous guesthouse in the Condesa neighborhood! It was very accessible and walkable to many locations. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The interior is gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious!

The only thing that could be improved is to have a fan or AC in the room. We were unlucky that it was probably the hottest time of the year and it was so hot that it was hard to sleep, even with the window open (which meant coping with mosquitoes).

This is one of the most beautiful boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. The decoration is gorgeous, feels like you're in an art gallery. The garden is an oasis of calm and green where we spent time reading, or having a drink. The breakfast is scrumptious and the staff were delightful and super helpful, especially when we got ill on the last day. The neighborhood is lovely, great restaurants around. I would love to come back.

So friendly, amazing location, excellent recommendations. Gorgeous property. Really nice little breakfast. I am vegan and usually can only grab a piece of fruit @ continental breakfasts but this one was pretty accommodating. Decor - on point. Mezcal tasting - on point. Room was lovely.

The bathroom needs updating. The shower in our bathroom was very difficult to control. It was very cold initially ( so wasting water) then was too hot to use. The towels were old and need replacing!

Charming 1940s townhouse that also serves as an art gallery. Location in Condesa is tranquil and good for having access to the restaurants etc in Condesa (of which there are many), but it is necessary to take Uber or public transport to any of the tourist attractions or central areas of CDMX (would be 45 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, for example) - however CDMX is so massive that no hotel would be close to everything. We found the staff very helpful and appreciated the relaxed "nuestra casa es su casa" attitude of the staff. Giving less than 5 stars, however, because we felt the emphasis was on style rather than comfort of the rooms and there were a few minor issues we encountered. But still, we would definitely stay here again if ever in CDMX.
