For starters, the Hotel website is greatly misleading. The pictures are clearly from several years old and the services offered are not accurate. My family wanted to stay in a place that has free shuttle to the airport, we checked the website of the Hotel and it said that offered two types of transfers but we end paying 45 USD. As soon as we arrived we realized the mistake we made. We overheard a customer complaining about a broken air conditioner in their room for two days without being fixed. The Hotel did not have cable TV nor cable internet and the wifi did not work either, when we asked in the front desk they said it was probably my device. This was very inconvenient because we have a child and we need to provide some entertainment for him and I need to check my email. Another problem is that they recycle the plastic cups for serving all drinks. This is positive for the environment, but it should be done in a proper way. I have been in worst places and I have not complained. My issues is that we were not expecting to encounter these issues based on the website and the price we paid.

The hotel has access to 2 small beach sections, one is close to the ferry port and the other one is more secluded. The one close to the ferry is crowded with small tables and restaurants. If you like to visit Isla Mujeres you are walking distance from the port.

This is an old hotel that needs to be upgraded. It looks like there have not been maintenance for years. Breakfast very poor and low quality food. For the price I was expecting a better hotel.

Appearance of the hotel looked like a run down motel. The rooms matched it completely- very small, terrible old linen, hsrd mattress, hard pillows, thin sheets that didn't cover nor fit the bed, broken patio door, no air in the gym.

All the staff were so lovely. We got a free upgrade to the beach front even though we booked only an hour in advance due to a cancelled flight. It was one of the cheaper options so we weren't expecting much but ended up being pleasantly surprised.

We’re from Canada and this was a family vacation. We HATED the room we book because it was so dirty and small. We had to pay extra for an upgrade and it was way better. The staff at the buffet didn’t care about us at all. On the 1st day we’ve asked for a coffee and never received it. Food didn’t taste good. The room was underwhelming, to say the least. The floor was covered with sand. The shower was broken so the whole bathroom got wet. The sheets didn't fit the bed properly. We were sleeping directly on the mattress. The window was broken so it didn't close all the way letting the wind in. We asked to fix it in the morning. We come back late that night and it was still broken. The electrical outlet was barely working. I had to use objects to balance my phone in order for it to stay in. The food was poor. They don't know how to keep the food refrigerated. It was too hot and the cheese was already melting at 8:30am—lousy cooling system. We had all-inclusive and we needed to be out all day. They could only fix us a small sandwich and an apple for lunch and nothing for dinner. They close all restaurants on Tuesday and make you eat outside instead. Few chairs and tables were available and you have to share tables with other people. The food is also kept outside at night under bright lights. A feast for mosquitos not for me though.

They quickly fixed a window although we had to ask 2 times. The powerful AC. The pools were nice. The pizza stand was also not bad especially when you were so hungry because the buffet sucked. The beach and the clear water, but I guess the hotel is just lucky to be there not actually something they provided.

EVERYTHING ELSE. The room wasn’t clean at all. the hotel itself wasn’t clean at all. it smelt like wet sock in the room. there was no hot water. the bed was itchy. the bed had other people’s blood stains on it. the breakfast was absolutely horrible. I don’t know how it’s possible to mess up eggs but somehow they did. I would say you get what you paid for but you don’t at all you pay for an expensive hotel and you receive something worse than a Motel 6. if anyone is thinking of booking this hotel, DONT. go anywhere else but here. my fiancé and I actually left this hotel after a half of day there before leaving and booking another hotel. horrible experience. in a city where there are 157383745 beautiful hotels we got stuck in the only one that looked that bad and smelt that bad and was that bad.

The only good part about the property were the peacocks wondering around but I imagine if you were on the ground floor you wouldn’t find that as cool as I did.
