The included breakfast wasn’t amazing, the toasted bread was hard and cold. The parking is about 3 blocks away.

Even when the room was clean, there were cockroaches in, and we could smell some moisture in the air. We didn't have TV channels available on the device, but the Internet network was a great option to watch some streaming.

The staff was exceptional, polite, kind, and always disposed to help. The location of the hotel is convenient near downtown. The air conditioner enabled us to fight the hot weather.

There appeared to be mold in many areas of bedroom and bathroom. Drapes were streaked with mold. Shower curtain had mold as well in different areas of the bathroom. Was not the cleanest either. Soap from previous guests in the bath tub which was never wiped down. No security chain which was obviously once there.

Have stayed here before. Amazing location. Amazing suite size with balcony. Huge potential. Best pool in Merida. Nice staff but limited English. Reasonable priced.

There was no furniture inside the room that could be comfortably used as a chair. Also, the curtains on the high window were fixed shut, so that there was no way of letting in natural light except by opening the curtains on the large side-window, which meant everyone passing by in the corridor could see everything in the room. One of the beds was extremely squeaky.

The central location is good. The hotel is very well-presented and the heritage aspects well maintained.

Small details would make it so much better. One dollar toilet paper holder instead of rolls on the floor or toilet tank. Do not disturb signs etc

The pool didn’t have lights in the water like in the last picture of the ad and the WiFi was only good if you were near the reception desk/cafeteria. Two minor things that would not stop me from returning.

The hotel is convinently located on a nice street where you can do some local shopping and find good local food on foot. The room was spacious enough to handle our family of 5 (3 kids)

The Wi-Fi did not work in our room or at the pool, sometimes it would work one way or close to the reception but that offered no privacy. Our room was in the middle of the hotel with no Garden view or pool view as promised, there are no power outlets close to the bed as promised and the breakfast was very minimal in the same everyday - cold pre-toasted bread with cereal and some fruit... Pretty just planning for what we paid for! The room we are in also had windows in it with no curtains and the light in the hallway stayed on all night so our room could not be darkened.

The pool was very lovely as a way to cool off in the middle of the day
