The airport shuttle didn't leave early enough for my flight.

There is no free shuttle service as mentioned in the property details. That was a key reason we booked this considering the price. If I had known, I would have booked a Hilton etc. which would have been a little extra but would have saved me $25 pre-paid taxi one way. Moreover there was no water for few hours and even asking for extra towels is not possible.

My only two issues were. I do understand that there are check in polices. And that check in was at 3pm. Yet I arrived at 12.30pm and was told that if I wanted to check in now i had to pay $500 pesos. Which to me shows that rooms WERE AVAILABLE now. Second. Early coffee at least. For 6am would be a bonus. It's fine that breakfast is at whatever time but early coffee would be nice. Thank You.

Lots of confusion around the "free" transfers. First I was given a WhatsApp number that was not picking up messages, then I was given a phone number which repeatedly gave the message it was not a valid number. After days of trying finally the call connected, I ordered my transfer. The calls to arrange this ended up costing the same as the room doubling the price of my stay. Upon arrival, an assistant at the airport called the hotel on my behalf at which point they informed him they had no record of me booking the transfer. I ended up waiting at the airport almost 2 hours before I was finally picked up. As a woman travelling on my own I did not feel very safe and it was incredibly stressful.

Staff were mostly lovely. At breakfast there was an excellent gentleman who helped me out, offered to have me some eggs made without meat (I'm vegetarian) although I declined. Very comfortable bed, huge shower.

The toilet did not work, when they came to fix it, they left water on the floor. The room had no smoke detectors. The shower only had cold water.

The decor was palatable, and facilities a bit worn, the TV didn't work properly initially and the contact information about the shuttle bus was wrong, however upon contacting them via a different number from internet search no issues to get collected from airport terminal. Wifi coverage was poor.

Shuttle was fine, both ways, return had four slots, staff were friendly and as this was a short notice late afternoon same day booking all basic needs were met.

The shuttle service is NOT 24 hours. We didn’t see that until after we booked. We asked for a queen bed and got one in a room about the size of a closet

The area it was in, it was very old, furniture was very old, the furniture in lobby was full of holes and torn.

Generally too expensive for the services and general quality, but there were not many chices near the airport. The room was quite noisy from all the people talking on the corridor in front of our room (the only place where the wifi worked).

The place is okay, relatively close to the airport and with a free pick up shuttle. They also provide shuttles the way back to the airport for extra charge.

The hotel advertised free shuttle but charged us 40 US dollars because our flight was late in and arrived after nine. The hotel is very close to airport and I thought this was an unfair price.

We were given a room in the first floor, meaning we had to hear a bit of the people checking in or out when they were loud. Also, I think they had no soundproofing or not enough since I heard footsteps sometimes from the second floor. The shower glass doors were kind of loose and they seemed dangerous. There was a leakage coming out of the shower 🚿 since the doors did not close tightly. They said we had free hotel to airport shuttle before 8am but we got the breakfast at 7am and the shuttle driver said we had only 10 mins for breakfast. I think this is very rude of them.

Parking. Our car wasn't even that big but they said their car park can't fit the car. All those who arrived were told the same. The staff can't speak English well.

Was greeted (very nicely) and told they didn't have hot water at the "moment". So I figured that must mean it would be back soon so no worries. Well I never found hot water nor did any other guests staying that night. The room was an adjoining room so the door made it a bit noisy when trying to sleep late. The TV was not working with the remote provided.

It was about what was to be expected for a low cost motel near the airport. It served my needs for the night before leaving to Tulum. The staff was very pleasant. The room size was ok for 1 person. They did offer a free breakfast which was very nice.

When I arrived I was told there was no hot water and I asked for a discount I was told I could receive a discount if I was willing to cancel my original reservation. Of course I could not do that I would’ve been paying a penalty, Staff would not offer discount so I will dispute.

Like most hotels, so hard to find hot water for a shower! I did not mind. Your body is warm from the climate already and the water comes from water tanks. So its a little warm, not really cold like at home. Parking is underground, be careful! Entry to parking is very narrow. I decided to park on the side of the hotel with there permission.

Hotel is close and easy -access to Cancun airport. Subway and gas station really close as well! Simple room and quiet. Great for someone needing a basic room close to the airport who has an early flight the next day. They have free shuttle rides to the airport every hour during the day. They also include complimentary morning breakfast. Basic scrambled eggs, Chorizo , toast, yogurt, cereal. Refreshments are coffee, milk & juice. Remember this a basic hotel! No resort like amenities. You will be fine.

I stayed two separate dates this last trip. I found the hotel satisfactory. The room, ac, internet and comfort were good. The tv did not work on either stay. Need to make sure that the shower water temperature was at least warm.
