Only issue we had was never any sun loungers it is obvious not enough for number of people it was ridiculous to go down at 7am and all beds “taken” have never seen this in Mexico until this year it was like going back to holidays in Spain in the eighties! Nit really acceptable for a hotel of this class.

We read other reviews ahead of our stay- the beach is really only usable on days with no wind; so we weren't surprised. We also discovered that young children cannot use the watersides if they are too short.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Dreams Natura. The food and drink were excellent, service was always courteous and polite. The facilities were always clean and well maintained.

Toooooo many kids at the property. Perhaps, we could've traveled at another time. Most families didn't have any control of their kids. My family and I were participating and enjoying a Christmas show in the lobby of the property. Whereas, I was hit in the face with a ball. Why were Kids allowed to play during this show. Additionally, these kids brought additional noise and slamming doors throughout the night.

All the restaurants on this property were really awesome. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family. We enjoyed Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and French.

We stayed for a week and every restaurant was hot and muggy. It made it uncomfortable. I understand the A/C can break down but that should be fixed with 24hrs.

The amount of different activities and friendliness of the staff. The spa is a must on the do-to list. Came out feeling rejuvenated.

I didn’t like that the amenities i.e. the slide, zipline and poolbar didn’t operate from sun up to sun down. The zipline was open from 7am-2pm and the slides and pool bar closed at 6pm. The hours were a huge mystery as they weren’t displayed for guests to find easily.

The resort was beautiful and maintained well. The food was really good for an all inclusive, the drinks were watered down so I’d suggest getting anything you want on the rocks. The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.

I was quoted wrong for goods purchased and over charged at checkout. Not all that was offered was delivered. the experience was ruined by two weddings taking place so we never got to enjoy being outside by the pool. the food was mediocre compared to other dream resorts, not many lunch options for a la carte restaurants, and the buffet food was not that good.

nothing to do outside of drink at the pool. lacked more daytime activities. nights had some shows. overall got kind of boring and repetitive. very relaxing though.
