They did not clean my room or ay least throw away the garbage, when asked the (do not disturb light) was supposedly on but we had no clue where that was at and how to turn it off. Other than that it was decent, good staff

The rooms have problems. Not just ours but also all of our friends. Showers leak into bathroom and toilet area, TVs are out dated and don’t connect to wifi to be able to stream from phones.

The rooms are beautiful and the location is amazing. Staff was just as amazing as well!

They try to pitch their timeshare meeting. We had issues getting there with United due to mechanical issues with the plane, so we missed a whole day and night there (with no refund). That's not the resorts fault but for them to keep pushing us to attend that meeting was annoying when we wanted to just enjoy the rest of our family vacation together. I had upgraded our room a few days before the trip because it showed a sitting area with a couch, however, all we had was a chair and office chair. I also did not have the crib I had requested but at that time we didn't want to go through any more hassle.

The staff was friendly. Our TV did not work when we got there and they replaced it very quickly. The room was very clean. The property was gorgeous.

Out of 5 restaurants, a few nights we tried to go, they were closed. We were not informed not all restaurants would be open every day. That was a bit dissapointing

The breakfast at the buffet restaurant, the gardens, and the facilities overall were good. We enjoy the entertainment and animation team! El equipo excelente was amazing, specially Ricky and Eric!

Although everthing was inclusive, it was hard to eat anywhere besides the buffet because of the crowd. So that was disappointing.

This property was amazing. From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty. You are welcomed with fresh towels to Refresh your face. Bell boys take your luggage directly to your room and a gold cart take you to your room. We had a preferred stay and we were taken to A private bar where they served snacks and premium alcohol drinks. We had an excellent stay here, our room had a swim out pool which was really nice ! The main pool had many activities and there was something to do at different times of the day. Our favorite was the breakdance battle and the live music at night.

I do not like that the pool access was not for longer hours during the night. When I travel I enjoy night swimming. I do not like like that certain onsite restaurants that require reservations are so booked you cannot get a reservation for the entirety of the stay.

We had to move room as we had a 12 week old baby with us and we were put on the second floor with no lift. It was difficult planning getting baby pram up and down the stairs, carry the new born and hold the toddlers hand. Very dangerous. We were moved on our 3rd day. The moving rooms took 4 hours to get sorted and all the children were extremely upset hungry and exhausted by the time we got into our new room. The children didn't get dinner as a result. The baby's cot wasn't moved over. It was extremely disappointing and we wasted a whole evening waiting on staff to organise the move at 6pm. It was 10pm and we still didn't have the cot and the new room was flooded. Eventually it was sorted but the evening was ruined. Otherwise our stay was great, but this put such a dampner on one of our evenings.

The resort location (right on the beach) and the facilities / buildings were all brilliant. The pools were lovely and the ease of moving from one area to another was great. So many lovely places to eat within the resort and the grounds were kept in great shape. Really beautifully designed.

We felt the upgrade to "preferred" for top shelf alcohol wasn't really worth it since we could only get it at 2 places on the resort and one closed at 5. We thought we would get the choice to have upgraded alcohol anywhere we went on the resort and that wasn't the case.

We loved the convenience of everything being available in one place!

I wish they had an actual playground were kids could play on separate from the one in the explorers club which was more a playground in the pool. The other playground was quite small and on the beach so if you wanted to take the kids to the playground it was either in the pool or on the beach. I wish they had a playground in a garden but I am guessing they have their reasons. Also I think a drink menu will help the staff as they didn’t know many drinks so we were stuck ordering the same drinks over and over. When we found a drinks menu and ordered a non alcoholic cocktail the waitress brought an alcoholic cocktail as she was not familiar with the drink.

The pool and beach were amazing. I liked that it was a private beach and only people from the resort were on it. There were 3 different pools and these were all family friendly. There was also an explorer’s club for the kids which I took my older child to a couple of times and he enjoyed it. They had an activity every night which was nice for those who wanted to stay up. The location was so beautiful and nice. The food was delicious, particularly in world cafe where they had something for everyone. I will definitely go back again with the kids. It was quite nice and they had fun.

Unfortunately food was not satisfactory, starting from buffet and ending on a la carte restaurants (quality was very poor, same options every day - we stayed in Secrets Cancun the other time were food was amazing), plenty of times there were not sufficient sunbeds / towels.

Several restaurants and bars were closed when it was advertised that they’d be open. The food was mediocre at best. In the morning they only had one restaurant open for everyone to eat breakfast. Staff is constantly asking you to sign up for promotions to spend more money. We also constantly had mosquitoes in our room. Our stay was ok, but probably wouldn’t return.

Beautiful surroundings, drinks were great. Our room was as advertised - beautiful swim up. Our room was professionally cleaned each day and towels were constantly refreshed.
