Weirdly, Shower water was salty. Space was decent, clean and very centric. Bed was really hard, but everything was clean. Room is basic but well balance with price paid

Mix of smell moldy with bleach I believe. Since location is great comes along with a very loud noise a girl singing on the 5th avenue till 2:30ish am some need to stop here at least till 1 am the place is so good if you are a party person not good for resting. Beds feel hard or little old but the place overall is in a good location and great for the price.

Lots of deferred maintenance issues - very creeky beds, shower dropped all night. Needs refurb. Restaurant opposite blared load music all day and into early evening, initially we thought it was a night club given how loud the music was but just a taco restaurant

The pool was surprisingly cold. There was no info of the wifi, so we had to go ask in the reception, who gave us a code so we could connect.

There were many mosquitos inside the room, even if we were cautious to close the door. They did not include free breakfast in our rate.

They were able to give me a floor room that I requested.

The breakfast buffet was alright, the food was not great but it was okay. This is the reason why I didn’t buy the lunch buffet. I didn’t like the room, the beds were very hard and the pillows as well. The bedding set was made of a rough material, and the towels were too old and rough s well. The rooms look better I pictures than in reality, but we were doing a lot of tours, so we only used it to sleep most of the time.

The only thing I love the most was the location. This place is very close to 5th Avenue, like a minute away from it. Easy access to the restaurants and stores. Loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and can’t complain about the cleanliness. Housekeeping did a very good job

The "all inclusive" is just -ok- it's a bit uncomfortable to cross the street to go to the restaurant for a drink, the food is just OK, very poor variety of options, no coke machines, no diet coke included, the beer is not tap or bottle, they serve out of a 1liter beer, just a cup, so it has no gas. You can't take out of the restaurant more than 2 cups, you can't take out of the restaurant, not a single chip, so it might be better just to buy food from outside if you want to have a drink by the pool or the room. My door card never worked during the 4 days' stay. I had to go to the front desk every single time to have them open the door manually for me, which was very annoying. I was in the understanding that the hotel had an agreement with a beach club near by, but they don't anymore so you have to go and look for a public beach and rent the chairs and umbrella and can cost up to 50usd per person, per day... Overall, its good for the money you pay, but I wouldn't have mind a bit more to be more comfortable, especially with the restaurant and the beach.

The location is good. It's in the 5th av with a lot of options for food, stores nearby, bars and clubs. The staff was really nice and the price was OK.

Maintenance needs to be done. Patio door almost impossible to be opened. Pillows were super uncomfortable and it took 3 requests to have replacement pillows. There was a big gap in the door and insects passed inside the building.

The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. The price paid reflects the quality of the facility. Decent but not excellent. The premise needs some refresh and maintenance to make it excellent. Patio door was super hard to open, requests that were made on the front desk needed to be made several times to get sorted.

There needs to be a clear display of photos that show the basic booking as can be misleading with the other photos shown. The basic room was good anyway .

We had issues with the WiFi and our phones didn’t like the IP address which meant it kept disconnecting from the WiFi.

The front desk staff was very rude, specially the girl from Argentina, she was nice with foreign people but very rude and bossy with Mexican tourism. She insisted us to buy a complete meal plan and we were only interested in breakfast and she tried to add a one day meal pass as test for is without our approval and not for free, so she got mad and did what we asked in a very bad manner. She wasn’t helpful neither kind. We asked for towels for the pool and she said we needed to use the ones in the room that were wet because we took a shower in the morning at it was the morning. The day before, a Mexican boy that were attending in the front desk gave us specific towels for the pool and next day when the Argentinian girl refused to give us towels we mentioned what happened before and she said they didn’t have towels at that time (10 am). Beds are ok but pillows are very hard and not comfortable. The bellman made un respectful comments every time he saw us. He must only make his job instead of trying to chat or talking with guests of the guests are not asking to talk with him

Very well located, right in the 5th street, near to the ferry port and the beach. To get to the port you need to walk only 15 minutes and 5 to the main beach clubs.
