The hall in the 6th floor have had some kind a bad odor, but other than that my stay was ok.

When traveling, it is always helpful for us when a larger hotel has an ATM on site so that we can obtain local currrency.

This is a very nice, up-scale hotel, that has excellent amenities and a good restaurant. We stayed here as part of a very long road trip. We were driving a car that was quite loaded down and riding a bit low. We weren't able to negotiate the grade of the parking ramp, but they were gracious enough to allow us to park on the side, in an area where are loaded car could be monitored by security. It was helpful for us that the hotel was right on the main highway, and we didn't notice any noise. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel is good but the location is bad. Perfect if you like Walmart and Liverpool is very close.

The pool site could improve, no towels or anyone in charge. Same with the gym.

We were 4 people in the room, and they always put only 2 towels in the bathroom. WiFi was bad. TV signal & quality is really bad. No streaming access available. They have a mandatory use of valet parking if you wanna use the "Free" Parking. A/C cant not be set up with a different temperature (I caught a cold because of that)

The breakfast could be better (Few bread options, few options to choose from in the buffet), the room had not a refrigerator and the windows look dirty all the time.

The location is very good, Is not a bad hotel, it is a nice place in fact, and the rooms are good. Just could be better to improve the customer experience.

People smoke. The room smelled like smoke continuously. When asked about my membership, they said it didn’t exist with the email I gave them which only shows me that they didn’t even tried.

Dirty bed sheets, noise from surrounding clubs and bars, room decor run down, air conditioning smelly (dirty??), Hotel entrance in poor state (blocked Doors), run down lobby furniture (a mixed mass), likely only minimum maintenance done. Wouldn‘t give it more than 2 stars.

Location was generally fine (i.e. ‚central‘). Room size was ok.

Despite being aware that Holy Week is a busy season for hotels in tourist destinations, I was more than willing to pay the asking price under the assumption that I would receive value for my money. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.Let's start with the front desk attendant, Jaqueline. Her demeanor and attitude were appalling. She treated guests as if she were doing them a favor, which was utterly unacceptable. On the morning of my check-out, I requested towels for a shower, only to be consistently dismissed by Jaqueline. I waited a staggering 40 minutes for the towels to arrive, while feeling like a nuisance for a basic request.Additionally, the housekeeping staff displayed a similar lack of professionalism and courtesy. It's baffling that employees fail to understand that guests are paying customers deserving of respect and proper service.Moving on to the rooms themselves, the reality fell far short of expectations. For the exorbitant price paid, one would anticipate accommodations akin to those of the Hotel Intercontinental. Instead, I was greeted with disappointment. Rooms 701 and 702 were not only inadequately cleaned, with hairs littering the floor, but also showed signs of neglect, including poorly executed paintwork and precarious toilet paper holders.Moreover, the technological amenities were severely outdated. The television resolution resembled that of a bygone era, and the Wi-Fi connection was practically non-existent, despite numerous attempts to connect.Overall, my stay was marred by incompetence and neglect. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. It's evident that the management fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and basic standards of hospitality.

Nothing, I loved the property.

The customer service was great! Since I got to the hotel the valet were great! They took my belongings to my room. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The pool had a great view

We found cockroaches on the pool area and in our room (photos attached), and the hotel was being remodeled, something that affected us quite a lot since they were working in OUR balcony without previous advise. This took our privacy out of the window, quite literally.

Good price for the amenities and room space, many nearby places to eat and buy food/beverages, room service was also great. Flexible check in/out times. Good WiFi.

For that size of hotel is hard to believe you have only one elevator working and one bad, we were there for 3 days and I did not see anybody working on it
