I think i was not lucky beacuse in my room people wouldn't care coming back late in the night (early in the morning) speaking loud and making a lot of noise, but some of them were volunteers of the hostel and I think it was really not nice. By the way I just stayed for three days, so maybe it was just an unfortunate coincidence.

The hostel is nice, there is a big pool, an hammock, and also clotheslines where you can dry your clean clothes. Breakfast is good, with fresh fruits, cereals, and more.

The room is small and there was never enough air to breath. The bathrooms are far away from the rooms. It's pretty expensive comparing to other mexican hostels but very basic.

Staff were very kind. We arrived late from the bus and they rescued my food order! Also we had good reccomendations of places to see. We had a private room and it was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was basic but filling. It is a little out of town (15 min walking on the same street) but it means it’s quiet and relaxed.

Not all showers have hot water, mozzies are a problem as doors to the back are left open at night.

Beds were comfortable, there was AC. Location was pretty good, not too far to walk to the centre. Breakfast included was nice.

I couldn't be happier with my booking! The staff was SO friendly, and the pool was very nice. Enrique made my trip absolutely perfect with his suggestions and recommendations of things to do and see in his city.

Our room was loud at night (there was a party one night), but that is typical. Overall it is a good budget stay and regular younger hostel environment.

It is a good location in Merida (~15 min walk to the main plaza) and the price was decent for a private room / shared bathroom. There was a nice free continental breakfast & a lot of common spaces to sit & bathrooms were quite regularly cleaned.

The vibe and the look of the place did not make me feel comfortable. It was more of a man cave and industrial place . It lacked warmth and beauty.

Location a little bit out of the centre but still only 10/15 min walk. In our room the water pump was right outside which was very loud which made it difficult to sleep y times.

Great value for money, lots of facilities, staff very nice. Having pool and breakfast for the price is excellent.

Many of the powerlets in the room are not functioning.

The vibe is super ✨️ the facilities are a little bit old, but the staff tried very hard to maintain the cleaness, you can see them clean all the time. The first day the reception asked me if anything they can improve, I told he about the stuffy smell in the room and they improved right away. 👍

We had no real issues. There were some ants around in the corner of the room but as long as you don’t have open food in the room they’re not a bother.

For a hostel it was decent, pool was ok too. Free breakfast is basic but great they put one on for you (cereal/toast/coffee).

some power sockets in room 1 don't hold the chargers, hence chargers kept falling. the reception was very friendly and helpful in the first night i checked in. On the next day, other reception said my bed was available, not need to change room, that's why i proceeded booking for 1 more night. However, I was asked to change to another room (full) after I made the booking within an hour.... and later i saw volunteer staff moved into my previous room (empty). I told the reception i was leaving in early morning 4am, not quite convenient to pack twice in few hours.

good for value, good size in common area, comfy bed, simple breakfast but sufficient, friendly staff, cleaning lady did great job in the morning.
