Location is awesome for the price!

As mentioned I found it hard to find - from the outside it just looks like a pillar attached to another building.

The location was right in the hub of the main tourist area - a plus in a city such as Ensenada. Was surprised on entry (which I found hard to find and none two promising from the outside) to find very clean, comfy though basic accommodation, hotel like but not quite a hotel. A self-service hostel which I think works very well. The price was right too. Was also pleased with the great big window with a great view of the lively and attractive street with the mountains behind and plenty of sky. Would like to find such a place in many other places. I would seek it out first.

The water used during showers or when washing hands and brushing teeth tasted stagnant and didn’t actually get the soap off our body. It actually made the soap stick to the body.

Very close to the central hub, everything was within walking distance. The parking pass was a huge help.

bathroom was so small, it was even difficult to move around myself. and there was a horrible smell all the time coming from bathroom. and towels smelled like humid.

location was the best. it was quite clean. bed was comfortable. i really appreciate that they try to do somethings better. it is quite clear.

The door lock combination was very difficult that noise on the street people partying all night long right below the balcony not very affordable for the money I really didn't enjoy my stay there and I stay there two days I stayed there a day too many I should have left the first night that's my opinion

Room is in horrible conditions, portable air conditioning is very loud. Dim lighting you can't walk between the bed and TV stand. You can't walk in the room. Mop with dirty standing water and broom were right by the door. The ad states private bathroom, which is not the case, you need a code to get into the room, code for the bathroom, which is a shared bathroom with 3 other rooms on the same floor.

Nothing. This place is horrible, no windows smells like mildew, you could barely walk in this room.

The place smells extremely bad! Like raw sewage! They said would come have a look and didn't. The shower hardly worked. The pipes leaked water all over our stuff. They have tries to cancel the stay on booking so we can't contact them or leave a review.

There is no air conditioning in the room. This was not directly mentioned in the listing and trust me, I looked everywhere to try and find it. I even went to the property's direct website, and it mentioned at least one room that had a/c (unfortunately that was not our room). We were in Ensenada on one of the hottest weekends of the summer and were definitely looking for a place with a/c. We didn't find out about this until we arrived, and the host mentioned there was no a/c almost in passing, like it was no big deal. At that point it was too late to refund and we were trapped. We ended up having to sleep on the very small outdoor patio and it was honestly miserable. All of this could have been avoided if the property had disclosed clearly and up front in the listing/description that there no a/c in the room. Instead, we were stuck trying to sleep in a room that was 90°F or about 32°C.

The location was great, the room was clean and properly equipped. There would have been no issue, except... NO A/C!

I didn’t like that the room I had did not have any windows. I also didn’t know that it was completely self check in and didn’t provide amenities I needed like that baggage storage. This is my own fault for not reading the fine print. However, how dark the room was because there is no windows really got to me. Nonetheless, the value was good and as I mentioned it was very clean.

The location of this property is great at it is super clean. I also liked that they provided water in the fridge and had snacks and coffee in the common area.
