Loved this hotel and especially the girls of the reception! So kind and helpful. In a more quiet part of downtown, 5 minutes from the beach. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very relaxed and chill. Clean and quiet, off the main tourist area but a 5 min walk to beach. Close to the ferry also. The grounds are well taken care of. Staff is great!!

The kitchen wasn't great, not very well equipped with cooking equipment or tableware.

The accommodation was spread out around a large garden area with hammocks, tables and chairs. My room was large and the bathroom was fine. Staff were helpful when I messed up the code for the room safe and found me an extra bedcover when there was unseasonably cold weather. Location was good, right on the edge of town, but only a shirt walk in and to the beach and walkable to the ferry.

Amazing stay here in Holbox. The place is in the center, but slightly outside of the busy zone so it feels perfectly relaxing. 5min from the beach. Holbox is soooo good. The room are very nice and clean, the outside area is very chill and beautiful and the shared kitchen is perfect. Thanks to the ladies that work here, you are so kind <3

Amazing stay, clean rooms, close to the city…but especially and most importantly the staff was amazing. Gabi was always helpful even at 11pm when we forgot our keys and couldn’t enter the room…thank you!! Ps. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up for 4 because couldn’t leave that quick

The bathroom, while private for our use, is located away from the room in a “camping” style which takes some getting used to.

Upkeep of the kitchen could be better - lacking basic amenities like oil, pepper, coffee. The bathroom is a walk from the room so annoying if you need it during the night

Lovely room, excellent presentation and details in room. Desk in room. Don’t believe reviews about bad wifi - they may have changed this cos wifi was great, did video calls with no issue. Nice outdoor space. Staff exceptionally great - left my new headphones in the room and they let me know and have been working with me via WhatsApp to find a solution - really going above and beyond and could not be more grateful 🧡

We had two rooms and one room had scalding hot water in shower that was hard to control but we got it too cool down enough to shower. The other room had cold water the first night. The shower heads were old but they worked good enough even for my long hair. The hotel was very quiet but we did hear one rooster a few times at night during our stay. Nothing major. I didn't even need ear plugs and we were there for New Years.

The hostel property is very lovely, quiet, and relaxing. There were lots of hammocks with shade and lounge chairs and paintings and tropical plants. Free water to fill bottles, staff was friendly, rooms were clean (there was one cockroach in the shower though), beds were comfy enough. The location is great; very walkable to the ferry and to the beach and restaurants. The price was great.

Would be nice to have somewhere in the room or just outside to hang towels and swimwear. Other than that I felt like everything was as expected or better.

Location is great, just off the main road and easy to get to the beach and main square. Our room was super clean and had a little fridge. Bathroom was also clean and we got good hot water although didn't really need it because cold showers were preferable. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed.

It was some strange noise in the room one of the night, i could not sleep because of it. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me other room to sleep.

My room was spasios, clean, with terrace and beautiful view of the garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to the ferry and in a quiet area.

It is a bit overpriced for what it is. However, Holbox is an expensive place so it is to be somewhat expected. As other reviews have mentioned there are many dogs in the neighborhood that sometimes bark during the night, but with the A/C and fan inside the room you can barley hear them.

I had a lovely time at this hostel. The location is great, close to the ferry and main town but in a quiet area. The property is well maintained and clean. The external private bathroom is just a short walk away and is well lit at night. Great A/C in the room. It was nice to be able to use the shared kitchen, which was kept clean and organized. I would stay again!
