Location is impossible to beat, and the property is beautiful. The attention to details throughout the stay is amazing, this is my second time staying here and can't wait to come back. The value for the money is great!

Ahhh the best hotel in the world! We love Grana B&B so much! It was an absolute dreamy stay! Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night as it was fully booked during the time we traveled to Oaxaca, but that one night exceeded all our expactations! The hotel itself, the rooms, the location, the little details (from decorations to music), the rooftop (with a free sunrise yoga class), the kitchen, the breakfast -- everything was an absolute dream! We also kindly got an upgrade and were able to stay in one of the best rooms, where we had a hammock and our own Grana style kitchen in our room, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip ❤️ MUCHAS GRACIAS!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Grana and we love it. The location is perfect, the staff is always ready to help and this time we travel with a baby so it was nice to have them assit with a crib, and they even offered to wash our baby's bottles. It's like your home away from home. The kitchen is the best part of the B & B and love how their breackfast. I will be be making a reservation with them again soon.

Our room was just above the kitchen so it was noisy in the mornings. The first night it was noisy due to a pump working nearby as well but they made sure that it was switched off once we mentioned it. They sorted it immediately which was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them

Nothing. It was perfect.

This is a wonderful small hotel located in an historic building in the center of Oaxaca. A variety of room types are arranged around a beautiful courtyard where there are some tables for breakfast and some lounge chairs. There is also a very large roof terrance with tables and lounges to enjoy the view of the city. We had room number 10 which is a spacious Jr. Suite on the 2nd floor. The room has French doors over looking a side street and an entrance door onto the lovely upstairs veranda. The room was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with an enormous shower. The breakfast is great with eggs prepared to order and a buffet of fruit and pastries which was all delicious. The location could not be better, very near the Church of Santo Domingo. Tons of great restaurants, shops and bars all close by. However it was surprisingly quiet in our room due to glass doors and wood shutters. And finally, all the staff were outstanding in all ways. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The only down side was that our room didn’t have a window, but we booked the last one available. It was on the ground floor and easy access into the courtyard so wasn’t a huge deal! With a window our stay would have been 10/10.

We absolutely loved this place! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, really helpful with recommendations and organising taxis etc. You can’t ask for a better location and the building is stunning. The breakfast that is included and kitchen are amazing too. Room was really comfy. We really enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

I wish we'd paid more money and booked a bigger room! We got the standard room, which was a bit tight, and was near the front door, so it was very loud with guests coming home at night and eating breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is amazing! The courtyard, dining room, and rooftop terrace are stunning. The breakfast was incredible with so many options. The staff were amazing -- they helped us organize unique and personalized private tours and arranged bagged lunch. The location is perfect, it's right in the hustle and bustle and everything feels at your doorstep. We really loved our stay here.

The only thing that would’ve made this place better is a rooftop bar or some way to call down/order a drink up there, so you could avoid the stairs down to the kitchen.

Absolutely incredible B&B. We loved all the details of this place, everything was well thought out and we felt so welcome. Breakfast was incredible and it cannot be beat in terms of design!

Conversations in the courtyard can be heard from the room so I wouldn’t choose this place if I wanted to sleep in past nine but the hotel is so perfect I did not mind this aspect of it at all.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The design is perfect. It is in an amazing location walking distance to everything. Breakfast was the best I’ve had while traveling. There were so many well thought out amenities in the room like q-tips, a shopping bag, hat, and ear plugs. Every staff member we spoke with was so sweet and welcoming. We truly loved our stay here.

Only negative was that the hotel can be a bit loud, so don't expect to sleep-in if you are a light sleeper. Due to the architecture, sound travels (amplified) in the courtyard. There were some guests making noise at night and in the early morning which did travel through the walls/doors (we were on the ground floor). The hotel did provide earplugs, but was not expecting that to be an issue in the hotel.

No parking in the place but they give you a pass to park for free in a nearby parking, so, it's not really bad

The place is beautiful, comfy bed and pillows, it's relatively quiet given the location. Breakfast is good and the team that works there is really kind. A great place to stay in the center of Oaxaca. Highly recommended
