Only issue was with the shower temperature. The pressure was great but it was challenging controlling the temperature. Once stable, it was great but tricky to get there.

The bnb is gorgeous and the staff is so kind and helpful. I would stay here again. Location is great and had no issues with noise at night. We love that they had a ton of recommendations and offered to help us book anything. This was our mini honeymoon and gave us a bottle of wine and some chocolates.

It is the best location in Oaxaca city. The inner courtyard , kitchen, roof, and rooms are beautifully designed with green pottery, tile work, plants. Nightly turn down service was a lovely touch. The staff could not have been nicer. Erica, Ale, Aldo, and everyone.

The laundry service damaged some of the more delicate items. The bath took almost an hour to fill halfway.

Beautifully designed hotel. Large room with nice personal touches, well designed. Staff were really friendly and gave good recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the roof terrace was peaceful. Clean and safe, full of character.

Amazing staff, extremely friendly & helpful. Awesome breakfast, lots of variety, including delicious Mexican options. The rooms were super clean, lovely shower products & body lotion supplied. Comfortable bed & pillows. Lots of little extras, like yoga several times a week, wine, beer & cocktails available at a reasonable prices & lots of fresh water, teas & coffee free of charge. Great location in Oaxaca, central to everything, especially excellent restaurants & bars. Overall an amazing experience & I look forward to returning one day. Kathy New Zealand

We loved our stay. Unfortunately, our Spanish isn't good but the staff were so patient and helpful. They were welcoming from the moment we walked in and the whole property is an absolute dream. We weren't able to stay for breakfast due to an early shuttle, but we can'y wait to come back and get the full experience.

The b&b is beautiful. I felt like I was in movie. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is security which made me feel safe. Everything was clean. The breakfast highlighted local dishes which were delicious. We enjoyed the chocolate cookie and Mezcal drink.

Staying at Grana was such a great experience, I went for a quick work trip, and when I initially booked it, I booked it based off location. So it was such a pleasant surprise when I arrived. The property is beautiful, charming, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. The room was bigger than I imagined, it had it's own kitchen, living room, and big bathroom. The AC in the room was very much appreciated as it was very hot. I really enjoyed having 24 hour security and staff that always opened the door for you, I felt extremely safe! The staff was always super nice, kind, and attentive, special shout out to Ale from the front desk who helped me with any questions I had and helped arranged my airport pickup. Also, the breakfast was delicious! You choose your main breakfast the night before, and then in the morning you go and help yourself to the buffet of fresh fruit, bread, toast, pastries, yogurt, granola, juice, espresso machine, fresh coffee. You sit down, and they bring out the fresh breakfast you had ordered the night before, and also offer you fresh hot chocolate or cafe de olla. They even offered yoga classes on the roof. The roof was gorgeous too! I will be staying here again, can't recommend it enough.
