I was moved my second night to other room in which the beds had bedbugs so I asked to move to another bed, they kindly did even it was late, but unfortunately the new bed also had bedbugs... I planned just to stay awake all nite in the common area... at the end they found a bed for me without bedbugs after around 2hours and a half. (other guests also complained that night about the same issue)

The location is very good and the staff was friendly (volunteers), they give you breakfast that's a big plus and u are near to restaurants, the 5th avenue and transport.

Excellent location all shops restaurants and beach are minutes away. Good shower area basic kitchen area, Good rooftop seating area. Overall good hostel. I did encounter one problem, but staff did apologise and were sincere about it. I would definitely use again.

Close to the beach, ADO terminal and Renzo Pizza. I had issues with the first room and they moved me to another room without problems. Staff is friendly. Will go again.

Breakfast is simple cheap toast bread, cheap jams and coffee.

I stayed in the hostel part not the private rooms. The shared toilets were bad, no loo roll and no running water on first day. It's close to 5th Ave so you can hear the noise until 3 or 4am.

They looked after my bags while I dived on my last day. There is a roof terrace area. WiFi worked most of the hostel.

stayed here for a total of 7days in a double room with private Bathroom no issues .staff was friendly nice rooftop lounge area clean bath towels provided AC worked fine usable kitchen & breakfast provided (lovely coffee must try )

it's a filthy place, my room smelled above my bed, an air conditioner could not be turned off and blew cold air. I couldn't sleep there because it was cold like in the Arctic, they don't give blankets, only thin sheet I stayed up all night and just sat in the common area because it was impossible to be in that smelly room under the cold air

Wet toast because roof was leaking, smelly pillow got changed for another smelly pillow after asking for a fresh one, common area either wet or occupied by dirty laundry, none of the staff speaks English. Could be a nice place but the contrast between pictures and experience is massive

The staff is really unpolite and try to scam you in any way, they charged me an extra fee while paying, I asked for a contact to organise some tours and the one they sent me had the prices double than normal, and while I tried to extent my staying they asked me a higher price than the app. The room is ugly, dirty and uncomfortable.
