Wasn't clear if i was able to pay with credit card. However, in the following morning my credit card was accepted and didn't need to exchange to pesos.

Air Condition was turned after 10 PM and luckily the dorm wasn't crowded during my stay. Wi-fi network was decent. A few blocks walking from the downtown area.

You could pay only in cash. There was no place to hang clothes or towels.

The shower and the zinc had very little water coming out, no water pressure on the second floor.

I really like the atmosphere surrounded by greenery, a quiet place to relax, no parties or noisy people.

shower pressure TERRIBLE and needs fixing as it it merely a dribble coming out, the ceiling fan is also noise and need looking at, communal fridge is messy and hardly any room to put your stuff (think it just needs a good clean out of old guests stuff)

Clean, lots of space in room, nice private balcony, good natural light, good storage for clothes and backpack, use of pool, use of communal kitchen, free drinking water, good outdoor communal spaces to eat food / chill by pool.

the place is nice, close to the central park about 2 blocks. The staff was very friendly and gave us information about the town and places to visit.

Great location. Friendly staff, who was helpful with organizing a trip and provide boxed lunch to-go. We really missed bedside tables and comfortable lighting in the room (there was only spots in the ceiling). The bathroom didn't appear very clean or inviting, it had black mold in the shower. The bathroom and the room had a damp unpleasant smell, even though we had the window open all the time.

There's not alot that I didn't like! Had a great time

I loved this hostel! Family vibe, with a nice chilled out social vibe. The staff were so helpful when the bus was sold out to where I was going to next - they called some local companies for me. They help to arrange tours to attractions and bikes etc to rent. The rooms were generally spacious and clean with a nice pool and outdoor area

Kitchen fridge was too full to store much in. Unfortunately our room was right by the kitchen, on the ground floor of the thoroughfare.

Nice place to walk to the centre of town from. Liked that you had access to a full kitchen and the area outside to hang out. Decent room, glad it had air conditioning.

There are only 2 sinks for a shared room of 8 people, and they’re very narrow so there’s not much space. Also the vibe is not the best to socialise, but maybe we were unlucky with the other people sleeping there as no one was willing to chat and they asked us to shut up because we were simply talking in the middle of the day. Pool seemed dirty so we didn’t use it

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the main square. Friendly staff, affordable breakfast and lunch also to take away. Great organised tours and trasports. Good kitchen to use

The dorms and kitchen are a bit older, but for this price it was still more than worth it. The toilets could be cleaned more often

Everything is CASH ONLY be aware! The water in the shower and the sink is a trickle No hand-wash, one bar of soap and one sachet of shampoo for a 4 night stay No bath mat so when you get out of the shower the bathroom floor is wet for hours, however if you ask for one you can get one so I recommend doing that!

Hostel is situated at a good location, only 5-10 mins walk to the main square. Rooms are clean and you can get a decent breakfast everyday for cheap.

Not much. Curtain in room was almost sheer. Made it too bright early in the morning and hard to sleep. Could use some blackout curtains.

The towel rack broke off and hit me in the leg, but they gave me ice! The shower water pressure was very low, so not a great shower.

Lovely, cozy place. Really gives you a slice of paradise! Loved the garden common area for relaxing and playing cards. The location was excellent, we walked everywhere, and the staff was helpful when needed.

Nothing stands out. A bigger fridge in the kitchen would be more useful. As it can be difficult to find space for your food.

The location was great, the staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
