Normally we don’t stay at hostels or camping during our vacation but this one we were looking forward to, Damian was really helpful and made some great recomendations around the island. The place was great and peaceful, no party or loud noises so it was perfect for us. It was just too hot even with the ventilator so this is something you gotta have in mind.

Very cosy tent! I slept very well there even though there's racoons running around at night so don't get scared xD There's nice area just to chill or socialise with others. The staff was friendly. I didn't feel unsafe in my little tent as a solo traveller so all good.

The hostel/camping is located close to the beach. The owner is really helpful and can speak lots of languages. The kitchen was really good equipped. The surrounding was very quiet.

There was nothing I didn't like.

For me, this place was the perfect place to stay at on Holbox. It's an easy walk from the center, but far enough to be super quiet and peaceful. It's small but social, easy going, clean, very friendly people working here and the tents were comfortable. I liked the common area, perfect to chill in a hammock or have a chat with the other guests. The kitchen was well organized too. Just around the corner is a little market where you can buy fresh fruits and food, also a nice alternative from all the restaurants in the center.

The kitchen is amazing. The tents stay dark during the day (so you can sleep for long) and they do not get hot!!! Fantastic!

It’s very unique. A lot of public cornerds and space. The vibe is great. You feel like you can smell freedom and dream while I am here. The bed Is comfy. Kitchen is amazing. I love everything.

Would just say : be prepared to be in a camping-style space: with basic facilities, mainly outside the dorm or even the building. The shared dorm is quite small for the number of beds and felt a bit cramped when full. I liked the fact that shoes are not allowed inside, but being in a beach island, it's impossible not to carry sand inside.. i'd suggest to leave some cleaning tools available for the guest to contribute keeping the place tidy. Maybe the bath mats could be changed a bit more often (going bare foot on the toilet and finding the floor always kinda wet or humid wasn't the best). However, those inconvieniencies would not retain me to stay again

I really like the vibe of this place and the type of travelers it attracts. Being mainly a camping (with one dorm) the atmosphere is chilled and laid back. Well organized regarding the cooking spaces and food storages.Mainly solo travelers and cozy communal spaces made very easy to meet people from the first day. Staff is friendly and accomodating. On one night Damian, the owner, also made barbecue for everybody, which I found a very nice touch

Probably the best value for money you can get in Holbox! i've stayed in the Dorm for around 6 days and it was amazing! yeah the roads in the islands were super muddy and flooded but once you learn where you should go and how it just becomes so much easier. The dorms are very clean and the AC is great! there are 2 kitchens in the place and they are both very well equipped with everything you need for a big or small meal. what i liked the most is the people! they are so friendly and nice and always helped with anything i needed. the location is great and is around 5-10 min walk from the beach and all of the bars and restaurants, thank you very much! can't wait to go back ☺️

There was too many people smoking all the time in the common outside area.

Super friendly and helpful staff, the space is super clean always tidy and staff cleaning up all the time. Nice chill area , easy to meet nice people. Super kitchen fully equipped and functional. The tent was super comfy if you want some space and intimacy for a couple of days while backpacking. Would recommend 100% Plugs and light in the tent
