My only complaint is that the shower was kind of iffy. It took a long time to warm up and the pressure would sometimes be a trickle and sometimes be way too hard.

The location of this hotel was great. It was right on the beach in the golden zone. The view from the room was beautiful, and the staff were all very helpful. The pool was super nice as well.

My concern about the property was that there is only 1 elevator in the building, and it needs to get fixed. When my husband went on it the elevator got stuck, he was there for a few minutes, and he had to click the button to open the door, and finally it took him to the main floor, I thought he was exaggerating, but then when I got in it with my 2 kids we went through the same situation, however once I clicked the button for the door to open again it started working again. It is pretty scary, and not to mention its extremely hot in the elevator, they should really consider in getting it fix before it gets worse, and defenitely add more elevators because the hotel gets crowded, and sometimes there is a line of people waiting to go in the elevator for there turn. We had to take the stairs a few times, and it is fine, but not when you have to carry a few things, and your in one of the highest floors. Also the door to go by the balcony needed work done, it looked like it was almost coming off the wall, I right away made sure that I reported it to staff, but all the guy at the front desk was ok, other then that the hotel just need some new paint, the paint looks very old. Lastly, it will be nice to be able to enjoy atleast the pool, or restaurant, and hotel area after checking out, but the front desk receptionist who checked me out took my bracelet off, and said I couldn't any longer go into that area in a rude way, and it is ok to get my bracelet removed, but it really did not make sense because she took mine, but not my husband, or kids bracelets. Which if they would of gone to the pool without me, no one would of evem know that they already checked out, Other then those 2 concerns, we really did liked the hotel.

I really enjoyed the area of this hotel, there is restaurants, and stores nearby, and if you like seafood the hotel restaurant has very delicious dishes. You also get towels included for the pool, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view is just beautiful.

I don’t like the property because it looks to old and I think they charge to much money for the room also they use fake pictures on the website so you can see the property is good. But they need to put the original picture also the bed are to hard the base are concrete they need to updated all the rooms.

Overall very outdated hotel. We found bed bugs in the first room. We were then moved to a slightly bigger room with a kitchen. The new room wasn’t properly cleaned and it had a horrible musty smell coming from the wardrobe. The kitchen also smelled, the fridge was dirty and didn’t work and it was not a place you would want to cook or consume food. The sofa was dirty and stained.

Perfect location!! Direct access to the beach and close to many restaurants in the slightly more quiet part of Mazatlan. The hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beds are firm. That along with the music bands playing until at least 3 am made getting a good night's rest difficult. There is a group of musicians who play for hours on beach during the day. Get's a little old and irritating. My husband had sausages & eggs. The sausages was a hot dog cut in half. If you like pancakes bring your own syrup unless you want honey. There was advertisement on dining tables and elevator of a buffet breakfast. We thought it was every day but when tried to order it told it was just on Sundays. I wouldn't want the All Inclusive based on their menu. Never knew if the elevator was going to work or you would get stuck in it. Actually walked down 5 flights one day.

Location for walking around was great as it's right in the middle of the Golden Zone. Paid extra for the deluxe kitchenette room which was spacious. Be prepared to buy basics though. Nothing provided including no coffee, sugar, cream.

Our room was very old out of style. The restroom looked like a HS gym bathroom. The ceiling in out suite was still not finished. I paid $285 and I felt ad if I was in a cheap motel 6 motel worth $50 the night. I was very very disappointed

The room was very old and not updated.We paid $280 for a suite with ocean view expecting a beautiful room however the ceiling was still being built and the restroom felt like a HS dressing room restroom. Very old out of style. The AC looked very old school. Definitely not worth the money. I expected much more updated room for the price we paid.

The location was amazing. Maybe the only thing we did enjoy from this resort. I was very disappointed. Maybe we just got stuck with an older room because other balconies rooms looked more updated than ours.
