Beds were horrible, the springs of the bed could be felt on my back and it was just not comfortable

Cute and cheap hotel near downtown tulum

Single choice breakfast (pancakes) with a coffee from unattractive (dirty) coffee pot. Murky water in the pool. On of the beds quite uncomfortable.

Parking in front of the hotel, fair room, 24h reception with the possibility of very late check-in (11pm). Generally very nice looking hotel.

There is free tea and coffee all day, plus unlimited water refills for your water bottles, but breakfast is no longer included in the price. But that's okay, they have a small communal fridge you can use so that helps if you don't want to dine out every meal.

The location is excellent, we were so close to everything we could walk, yet it was two small blocks off the main street so it was super quiet and we slept really well. The staff are very friendly and let us leave our bags before going to explore before check in and after check out. Overall, it's excellent value for money and I couldn't fault them.

Check in and check out both took a long time with hand written forms not filled out before arrival - it’s not a major problem but worth having in mind if you’re in a rush. Equally, upon check out you have to stand at reception, like a lemon, while the person at the desk goes back into your room to “check it over” before they let you leave; I just felt it was slightly unwelcoming/ patronising.

For the price it was everything you need; cold, clean and in a great location to both the bars and restaurants, as well as the ADO bus station.

    Too far from beach.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. There were 6 lounge chairs by the pool. They installed a new pump on pool. Restaurant across the street. Laundry, drug store and convenient store nearby. ADO about 6 blocks. Appreciated free water and coffee.

Great value for money, amazing central location, clean and comfortable. Great shower, lovely swimming pool area. We were welcomed by a hotel cat on our arrival. Parking space right at the entrance. It's far away from the street noise, but you can hear other guests. Not a problem, every hotel in Mexico was like that, so we are used to it ;) Slight stench from the drain sometimes, but no biggie. Would recommend and stay again

The hotel offers only the essentials. The room was very basic but generally clean. There was no seating or desk, and no fridge in the room. The WiFi connection was unreliable, and the shower water pressure was low.

The hotel is centrally located and has a cozy atmosphere, though it offers only the bare essentials. The staff were friendly, though not all were fluent in English. The value for money was good, and guests have access to a shared fridge and utensils. Daily cleaning is available for an additional charge, which is explained at check-in.

The rest of the young reception staff were a little “cool” at times, not as warm or welcoming as you expect in Mexico (but then a lot of people in Tulum aren’t as nice as the rest of Mexico!), and the bed although large and lovely was pretty uncomfortable. The room has no real lighting except a couple of lamps and the large window looks out on the courtyard so no privacy so you need to have the blind down a lot, so everything is a bit “dark”. You are informed by a sign in your room that any markings at all left on the white towels or sheets will be charged for, the exact amount I don’t remember but it was unusually high. Finally the Wi-Fi was very patchy at points.

Cool stylish little boutique hotel (although from the outside it doesn’t look it and is easily missed!), 5-10 mins walk from the main drag of Tulum and 10-15 mins walk to a large supermarket. Macarena was a great hostess, the free breakfast changes day to day and is really nice (pancakes with fruit and granola etc with coffee and juice). The room was large and clean with cool furniture and a lovely bathroom. The pool area is very cute, but admittedly only has 4 sun beds (the hotel has about a dozen rooms) and like most hotels in Tulum is in a central courtyard with limited sun exposure

There was no light on the nightstand which meant it was all light or no light but that would be my only quirk

The staff were absolutely amazing and unbelievably helpful. I was here the days before the hurricane Beryl and she was very supportive and gave advise and shared the plans the hotel had for each scenario which was very ensuring. The property is nice and clean and the rooms spacey. There is a well maintained pool and the hotel is close to all the tourist attractions

Wifi didn't work fast all the time. Breakfast is ok if you can eat wheat, but they don't have much to offer if you are on a gluten free diet. At least I was able to make myself a small breakfast, because of the fridge and microwave oven. The room was really basic. I hoped to have even one chair in the room but there was none so I had to eat my snacks and breakfast in the bed

Pool is nice. Close to the centre and not too long walk from the ADO station. Renting a bike was nice, it cost 200 MXN/day. There is a fridge and microwave oven in the lobby and guests can use them. It was a very nice surprise. I don't remember I saw a meantion of them when I made a reservation. There is also coffee all day in the lobby even in the afternoon it's already cold, but you can heat it in the microwave oven. Purified water is also available in the lobby.
