A big transparent shower visible from every corner of the room, window overlooking swimming pool area so we had to keep the blinds closed or everybody could see us

Loved the shared kitchen, the amenities in there, however, could be overhauled or improved for an even better experience (toaster didn’t work properly, ants in the shared peanut butter)

Christian on the front desk is the best, very helpful and friendly staff. Overall very comfortable room and property with a pool, shared kitchen and everything you need (coffee machine in the room). Internet worked well and there was not much to improve

Our only gripe was that the rooms weren't bug proof so there were a few mosquitos that needed to be hunted down before we slept.

The kind of place you imagine staying when you book a holiday to Mexico. Cute courtyard, close to all the best places, and a lovely plunge pool to boot.

Difficult to find. But the worst thing is that we arrived one hour before the check in time, there was no other guest and our room was ready but the guy at the reception ask additional 400 pesos to get in early

We were unlucky as the swimming pool wasn't open because of cleaning.

Spacious and clean room, had a nice hammock to relax in. Nicely located close to city centre. Shared kitchen with some supplies to have breakfast. Overall a good stay.

we were given the front room and it was very noisy with people having loud conversation late at night and far to early en the morning, the door slammed each time someone entered or left . the bedding was stained and the pillows cases were dirty, the young guy at the reception was very nice and did everything posible to get us clean bedding, it was very uncomfortable sleep think about the dirty and stained bedding, it smelled sweaty!

The property was beautiful! We had lots of space in our room and the bed was incredibly comfortable! One of the best night sleeps I’ve had in a while! Everything was very clean! Staff were absolutely lovely especially the person who checked us in.

Water pressure wasn't great.

The bed was comfy - the hammock was a nice touch. the bathroom was large. The pool was handy to have. Nice to have a kitchen. The location was good. Zircon was 10/10.

felt a bit like hostel, probably due to the young people making lots of noise in the evening and then also early in the morning by the pool that was just outside of our room

Unfortunately there was no water in the bathroom our first night, but the staff were really apologetic and got it fixed asap.

The staff were really friendly. There was free filter coffee, pastries, and unlimited water. The pool was so refreshing.

The bathroom window was a little unsecure as it couldn't be locked. Shower wasnt great.

The hammocks in the rooms were a nice touch, access to a shared kitchen with unlimited bottled water and tea, coffee and bread was also great. Excellent location, within walking distance from the old town.

The hotel is difficult to find and is not well signed. My taxi driver could not find it (even after talking to hotel staff) so dropped me off in the area. I had to ask men working on the street for help. Google Maps didn’t help. I took photos of the exterior thinking it would help me when I returned at night, but everything looks different when it’s dark outside. I had to call the hotel for help. Very frustrating.

It’s very clean, quiet and walking distance to the town’s centre.

Generally very quiet but, on one night (saturday), we were kept awake with loud music playing nearby until after 3am!

Great location, close to town and sea. Large, pleasant room with comfortable bed on upper level. Communal kitchen with free supplies of coffee, tea, bread, jam, cakes etc. Helpful, friendly staff

We really enjoy the stay here, the staff was super friendly and we were at 5 min from the downtown and the waterfront. Good restaurant nearby. The room 10 was perfect, comfortable bed, hammock, big shower with hot water, a/c. Nice little quiet place and also free water and toast!

Staff not always in the reception, there’s a phone number to call instead of a doorbell which might not be convenient for everyone

Great location close to the waterfront and the historic center. Lots of things to do and places to eat close by. Very nice quiet rooms, excellent facilities good wifi
