no pressure in shower, difficult to mix ideal temperature of water, useless and unmaintainted pool, room service very poor .... avoid Tulum, only reason we stayed is drivable distance to cenotes, Coba and Ch.Itza. Tulum in general has nothing to provide, even the beaches are difficult to access and have to pay. If you come for beaches, go definitely do Playa del Carmen ... Mexico has poor and very expensive services. I would never come back

It's an open plan in the middle ( on top of the pool), so when it rains, the walkways inside get slippery and wet. WiFi in the rooms weren't great but was sufficient to use fb, WA etc.

The restaurant and common areas are so colourful and beautiful. Dedicated parking in front of the hotel. Room was spacious with smart TV and mini fridge. Good shower. Comfortable large bed. Restaurant served food all day. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and variety of egg options. I had fried eggs with onions, tomatoes, cheese, fried beans with fried plantains and it was so tasty. The service was great.

The indoor pool is located in the center between ALL the rooms, feels a bit exposed, our kids did not use the pool but at least they had one to offer.

Location was great, close to the ruins and cenotes and shopping and eating in Tulum. They cleaned the rooms daily, the room has a mini-fridge to put water in, room size was adequate, beds comfortable and noise was not a factor even though hotel was on a very busy street. Their breakfast is complimentary and amazing! Staff were very accommodating and welcoming!

The pool was not clean to the level I would swim in.

We returned one afternoon to find our bedroom door open. The cleaners had come and forgot to lock up. That was unsettling.

Ambience good. Breakfast included an added bonus.

Wi-Fi was not really stable, the signal was poor but was OK if you need to use it for your phone only. We were missing some more sockets in the room.

Very nice stay at the hotel, the location was perfect - 5min from the "city center" with lots of shops, restaurants, bars. beach was approx. 3km away. the personal was super nice and friendly, we had good breakfast and room was cleaned daily. the hotel is in typical Mexican style - very colorful and the paintings on the wall are amazing!! Definitely recommend to stay here!

We saw a few insects, small cockroaches for example... Maybe 2 or 3... But this obviously puts anyone off. To be fair Tulum is a developing town in the jungle so it is something you may have to deal with, they are a budget hotel. The worst part about the stay (reason it is a 7/10 and not 8) is the terrible WiFi... It barely moved and the cell phone coverage is terrible too. There is a pool but it's purely for show, it is not very clean I would look into fumigating the hotel a bit more and getting a better WiFi plan like other hotels.

It was a comfortable bed in a spacious room, the staff was polite and there was constant hot water. The location is super close to Tulum Centro so it is convenient to get to cafes, shops, bars, etc. The breakfast was ala carte but it was really nice. There is also a massage service on site which is reasonably priced, made full use of that.

you have to wait for quite a while for the hot water. It's coming eventually so it's possible to get warm shower.

Beautiful charming place, hudge beds, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. It's placed quite close to the city center, yet few minutes away so it's quiet and calm. the staff is very helpful. I would definitely come back

There was only one dustbin, in the bathroom, I think there could be one more in the room too. We couldn't lock the door from the inside.

We spent only 3 nights there, the room was ok, everything was working. In front of the hotel there were parking spaces too. The breakfast was nice.

On my check in day, I felt that the staff who checked me in could have asked me if I needed help to carry my baggages from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. he was just leading his way with his hand empty, looking at me carrying everything on my own.

Bit noisy during nights. Bathroom needs updating. Bit far from the beach.
