I couldn’t get the mini-split to cool enough at night. This may just be a personal preference, but I’m not sure if it was extremely effective.

The enigmatic is huge and quiet. The 6bed room had plenty of space for each person. The AC temperature is ok. The house vibe. It is very close to the ado bust station. There are many fancy restaurants to try in that area.

At the moment they are renovating the bar and resto, however you have access to the other Nomads not far from there.

The location is central. The property has many spots for chilling,doing work and socializing.

staff weren’t that helpful when I asked about things like the buses, best way to book tickets etc, they just said they didn’t know and didn’t try to help. the room also resembled a concrete container with not much character

I only stayed for one night after arriving late from the airport - check in was easy, the room had aircon and was comfortable, very peaceful with no noise outside the room and the pool area was very quiet in the morning. easy location for walking to the ado bus station in the morning

two suggestions: you could conserve some water by cleaning shower heads and faucets of mineral deposits, and 2) some kind of small shelf in the showers to put toiletries would be appreciated.

- the first room we got had mold ( happily they changed us the room, we were lucky as it wasn.t fully booked) - shuttle service from airport to accomodation is pricyer than the usual prices, and if you have problems with your flight you need to discuss directly with the 3rd party company - the kitchen is dirty, sticky surfaces, overused and damaged plastic plates - pool is cleaned only once in the early morning ( would be nice a 2nd cleaning in the middle of the day) - there isn't too much natural lights in the rooms

- amazing garden and nice swimming pool - great location , close to supermarkets - nice decorations all over thebplace - shuttle service came twice to the airport as we had issues with our initial flight

the room was quite bare with minimal furnishings or decoration. it was also a bit dark as the curtains didn’t pull back properly.

It is very difficult, or actually impossible to reach the reception by phone. And the showers have low pressure.

It is very handy in case you want to take a bus to other places, since it is very close (8min walk) to the bus station. Also close (40min walk) to the ferry station that leaves to Isla Mujeres. Surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious. The common areas are also very beautiful and good to relax and enjoy.

the bathroom set up in the dorms was weird. there were no doors separating the bathroom from the sleeping area so you could hear everything that happened in there.

it’s quiet at the hostel but really close to the other nomad with the rooftop bar.

I stayed there for 3 nights. At first, the air conditioning made a very loud noise and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night, as it wouldn't let us sleep. In the second room, the air conditioning was better, but it had a strong musty smell and the sockets were in bad places. There is no breakfast. And it is far from the beaches, you have to take a bus.

The reception staff is very helpful and attentive. The hostel is stylish and has a nice outdoor area.

Kitchen looks nice but lacked so many basic things (only 3 mugs for 20+ rooms?). bar & restaurant was unfortunately closed for renovation. Our room had no hot water, only mild. Also our curtains couldn't close light coming inside.

Maybe it was just a quiet time, but it didn’t seem like a place where you would meet people.

Great location, especially to kick off your travels. Close to the bus station, ATMs, restaurants, bars and Oxxo. Lovely decoration, peaceful. It doesn’t feel like you are in a city. Room was big and quiet. Recommend the place.
