1. Extremely loud music throughout the night - a Saturday night making it hard to sleep well; music not heard during the Sunday and Monday nights that we stayed. 2. Could not get shower to deliver hot water. 3. Rooftop restaurant food and drinks priced too high; would have utilized more if prices were more reasonable compared to those available nearby.

Very much liked the pleasant surroundings within the hotel, its central courtyard garden layout and appreciated that the room had sufficient, thoughtfully located electrical outlets and lighting. Plus enjoyed the rooftop lounge areas and pools. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is extremely convenient for breakfast through dinner serving lovely dishes at reasonable prices. Location was great and walkable to other restaurants, a large supermarket, shops and 7-Eleven and OXXO for quick grab and go items.

The only disappointment we had was small, but it was the fact our room had no hot water for the shower.

We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, by day 2 they knew us by name. Our kids were always greeted with a smile. We loved the simple included breakfast, and enjoyed taking quiet time in the Garden. The roof top pool was never overly busy and the perfect place to spend our afternoons. In the future we will definitely come back here again.

The rooftop pool is just what i needed. The location is perfect cause just in between the center and the beach, also just in front of the Chedraui (supermarket). I had to change my stay by 2 days and they accepted super fast so I am grateful for that too, thank you again <3

The cocktail happy hour is a little bit intransparent, we went there for 2 days in a row, on the second day we payed tripple the price compared to the first one.

Breakfast service was not to our taste and it was not clear to us until the second day that we could order dishes on top of the limited buffet. The main issue is that there is really not much reason to go to Tulum if you are not at the beach but hotel prices there are ridiculous and good beach clubs must be reserved in advance in high season.

The facilities were really beautiful, the decoration was amazing. The staff was really helpful. We had two different reservations and the staff was able to put us in the superior room for the whole stay so we didn't have to change our room. The roftop and the pool area were impressive.

The building is extremely noisy. We all got woken up by the noise from the corridor, from the internal court and so on. In the period of our stay, the hotel was not crowded, yet still very very noisy. I recommend bringing ear plugs! Also, at breakfast the buffet was poor. Personal preference: I didn't like the mattress, it was extremely soft.

The rooftop is really cool, with restaurants and swimming pools. Location is also good.
