The location is incredible. The condo is well situated and directly in front of beautiful North Beach.

One night a week the music went on until midnight at the bar venue behind Nautibeach. It was loud enough where it kept us awake even with ear plugs. Nautibeach should ask them to lower the decibels after 10 pm as it was disruptive.

The location is perfect, the staff was always helpful, and the amenities are ideal!

The bar near to our room (not on the property) had extremely loud music till late at night on two of our evenings. Was difficult to go to sleep! This was our only issue.

Not the property’s fault but a few of the nights during our stay there was really loud music until the early morning hours. Made it hard to sleep, especially for our daughters in the back bedroom.

The bar in the back plays super loud music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. We were in the condo most nights, but Sunday was rough. They were supposed to be done by 10:00 but it went to 11:00.

It’s big and close to the best beach. The restaurant and pool are perfection. You won’t get better service anywhere!

I know it’s not the fault of the property owners but the road to get to the condos is in need of significant repair—it is only half paved and any time it rained it had giant puddles in the dirt that has accumulated over time which you must navigate since there is no sidewalk for the last fifty feet before reaching the property entrance. Some of the ceiling tiles in the condo need to be replaced, especially in the bathroom. The property does not allow non-guests to swim in the pool or even come to your room—the people we traveled with stayed at a different hotel and it was annoying that they could not come to the condo (this seems to be a common policy on the island so beware).

The property’s location is fantastic, right by Playa Norte (the pool is directly next to the beach, the condos themselves are set back behind another hotel but we could see the water from our patio). The property has beautiful landscaping. The condo itself was great and perfect for our family of five (not sure how it supposedly measures only 332 square feet, it seemed much bigger). It had a full size fridge and kitchen with range top and microwave, and the first bedroom had a king size bed, while the second room had I believe a queen and a twin bed. The air conditioner worked very well.

The receptionist could have been nicer. He was ok, nothing wrong, just pouty. My son slept on the upper bunk which he normally loves and this time he complained. The floor was always sandy and wet. I would put some washable carpets at the entrance and by the beds to help with that.

The location is excellent! The beautiful beach is right at the end of the pool. The pool was amazing. The room is great.

The beach staff didn’t seem motivated to help with chairs and umbrellas.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The location was perfect, you can walk to a lot of places. The beach is amazing, you can bring your floats and lay in the water all day. They do have a few floats available at the chair station. Reserve your chairs for the beach early, and be sure to tip the gentleman that puts them out for you.

The setup in the main living area is a bit clunky and not the most comfortable. It is not that we did not like this but it can be improved.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when we needed to get a Dr. to check on a sick family member. Each day after they asked how my child was doing. The location is great with a short walk to street vendors and some of the best beaches anywhere.
