While the chef is extremely courteous and customer-oriented, the waiter with earphones seems unmotivated and untrained. If you are sensitive to noise, you should use the earplugs provided, as the guests of a bar next door party every evening.

The hotel is located on the main street in the city center. An inner courtyard opens up just behind reception, where breakfast is served in the morning. The rooms are spread over three floors with a fourth floor for a rootop bar and a rooftop pool. The design is beige or earthy with natural wood applications here. The design line is also continued in the room. Pleasant, slightly yellowish light under raffia lampshades. A small but functional bathroom rounds off the offer. The breakfast is outstanding with homemade fruit muesli, served on a small tower with toast, butter, jam, beans and scrambled eggs.

Tulum is a poor city. If you’re not on the beach, diving or visiting ruins, there’s not much to do. There are great restaurants but mostly tourist shops. It poured rain all 4 days we were there and our ruins trips got cancelled. Pool at the hotel was not great especially for kids. Off the main downtown drag, lots of garbage everywhere.

Had a great included breakfast. The staff were super friendly although a few had limited English—they tried! Outside bar seating was fun in the afternoon but restaurant closed at 4pm. Music from close by bars could be heard til after midnight.(our room was on the street side). This hotel is right downtown.

Noah is right in the middle of Tulum Centro, less than 5 mins away from the colectivo station and the ADO bus station. Everyone at the hotel is lovely and incredibly helpful. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooftop and the rooftop pool were the cherry on top for me. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Tulum.

It was extremely noisy so prepare yourself as you’ll need earplugs in order to get a proper sleep (hotel knows that so they already offered earplugs) You’ll be able to get a max of 5-6 hours good sleep. The breakfast could have had a bigger proportion. We were 2 people and we were offered a breakfast for 1 person

If you have heavy luggage and your room is on the 3rd floor, it can be a challenge since there is no lift.

The location was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The best part was that they have a restaurant and their food was so delicious, especially the fish taco. It's also near other restaurants and bars. The staff was so nice and accommodating that we even got a free upgrade.

There was loud music playing outside across the hotel, that runs from morning to late at night.

Love the place, this is my second time staying at Noah. The staff are always nice with their service and attention to detail. Everything was clean and well organized. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. The ceviche is a must try. Thank you Noah for another pleasant stay!

My only complaint was that the window in the hotel room was missing a curtain, so everyone walking by could see into the room

I loved the vast selection of foods and drinks available, how clean the property was, and the ambiance was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Rooms were beautiful. Service was excellent. The manager was so friendly and helpful as were the staff. We were going early for excursions a couple of days so they made us takeaway breakfasts. Breakfast was also really tasty. Can't recommend these guys enough! Bed was massive and we slept really well despite being in a busy area.

The town is noisy but it is the price to pay to be at the town center

It is strategically located on Tulum town's main road close to shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and transportation. The property is comfortable and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Owners are a young Mexican couple super invested in their business and very friendly.

Our room had a patio that was street-side and there is a nightclub a few doors down that cranks out bass heavy music until 2am every morning that can be heard through the walls. The hotel accommodated our request to move to an interior room but it wasn't enough to block the music so this place is not for the light sleeper.

Great location downtown surrounded by many dining option, the in-house fresh breakfast was a nice option to have each morning. Excellent customer service from all staff and owner who did their best to address any issues.

The property is on the Main Street in tulum so it’s very easy to walk to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. I felt very safe the whole time and the staff went above and beyond. Dante is amazing and helped me and my fiancé with everything we needed.

Brand new hotel in the main street of Tulum, everything at walking distance including the bus station which is very convenient. The staff is super nice and helpful :) the included breakfast is good, but there are other options available in the menu as well! It was definitely a good choice that I will recommend :)

My stay at Noah was perfect! The property is beautifully designed. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful with everything I needed. The central location is unbeatable. The rooftop is a great spot to relax and the pool is beautiful. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and drinks.
