More tables in the room will be good to organize your stuff. I really didnt like that they were outside tables near rooms because people went there late in the night and talked really loud. If it was not available those people would just go near the pool where its the farest from any rooms. The pool is not cleaned enough. They clean it at the end of the day but people enjoy during the day so morning cleaning would be better.

AC in the room is a must in Merida since its really hot almost all the time. Beds are comfy Alexis is a really good host and made people welcomed. The activities are well organised and very diverse. Staff speak really good English so its easy to communicate Pool is a nice add one to have during the hot days.

The cleanliness was on point, very comfy beds, the showers were clean and the rooms were with A/C which was amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff. The kitchen has sufficient pans/ustensils and is clean. The pool was also a very nice place to relax.

The reception does not answer the phone or Whatsapp in case of emergency.

the price of the private rooms. I need privacy for working remote, so I could have stayed longer if the privates were more reasonable. but, for the price, I can get way more for less.

beautiful scenery, very helpful staff, communal kitchen, very cold pool and beautiful pool area, great 4 bed female dorm, even better bigger female dorm with really high ceilings and space to hand things and floor space, big cubbies on the floor for bags, hammocks, help with tourist things, parking, really great.

The kitchen equipment is not good. No toaster, no kettle and the plates, the pans and the one only existing cutting board were in a very bad condition.

I really liked the chill and familiar vibe in the hostel. Also, the poolside and the relax area were welcoming and cozy. The bunk beds in the dorm had curtains and everything was clean. The free salsa class was very fun as well!

Nothing to complain about. A bit noisy in the pool area in the evening, but sort of expected for a hostel.

Location was great, close to various restaurants, caffe, etc. Activities they organized seemed really nice, especially for solo travelers. Small shared kitchen seemed ok. Tours they organize were also good.

Every time I walked up to reception I felt like I am disturbing them, couldn't answer any questions like where colectivos leave from. Pricing didn't make any sense. I booked the room for 260/night and when I wanted to stay it went up to 500/night. I get flexible pricing but that seemed a bit much while online prices where different and so I ended up changing rooms which was just annoying.

Stayed here for a few days and it has a great location to explore Merida. They did offer some cool activities like Salsa Class and Guacamole making. Alexis was a great host for the activities always fun to be around. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is a great place to hang out at. Daniel from the kitchen makes a great cappuccino. Maggie and Esther did a great job keeping everything clean and always greeting with a smile in the morning.

Amazing people, staff and guests ! Uxmal is easy to reach . At the hostel they give you a lot of tips to move around. Célestun is recommended .

Gibron and Anacris are the sweetest, liked the chilled but social vibe a lot. Possible to sleep but still socialize and have fun if u want to.
