The tour they offered ruin my staying. Not organized for starting, over tourist, irregular setting, different from itinerary. I expect Cancun but not very fun. Sunday night is noisy until 1 am

Make sure you have the deposit in cash as they won't accept the deposit paid by card, it was difficult trying to hunt down an ATM to pay the deposit.

There's a lot of activities on offer and is located in a good area of Cancun if you want to stay a little away from the beach. The bar is great fun and the people you meet are awesome.

Only negative point, the ripp-off/cheating at the rooftop bar is out of control. Every time I asked for a drink, it’s quoted with a different price depending on the barman. When paying with card, one of the barmen tried to enter the amount secretly and put a significantly higher amount. I have no issues leave good tips for staff but this is not a way to do it properly.

Overall great hostel to meet fellow travellers.

Lack of, party vibes to the property however was rain season so that can be explained. There was always events planned to get involved in and clubs to attend with fellow No mad residents

My bed and locker were not cleaned when I arrived. The rooftop bar service was painfully slow. The breakfast diner was costly! The rooms got unbearably hot, but the AC was not allowed to be on the whole time.

It's a party hostel, but the rooms managed to stay quiet, which was perfect! My bed was stable and private with its curtain. The wifi was OK for me, even in my room, contrary to some reviews here. The working spot was appreciated. I love that they have a cinema! I made some good friends here.

No window in the room but I wasn't expecting everything to be perfect for the price and type of property. The location wasn't close to many good restaurants and bars and not close to the beach but we knew that when booking.

Great value for money. The room was really big for a hostel with a huge shower room. It was on the ground floor to it was quiet and away from noise and close to shared kitchen. The rooftop bar was great with lots of parties and events to meet people and the best margaritas we had on our whole trip.

Great room, big, dark to sleep in, shower great, clean, wifi good.. Also, yes, it's noisy but omg I loved the banging TECHNO music, if I weren't tired I'd have come up to rooftop in a split. Keep it up I'm coming back in 3 weeks, love to hear same killer stuff

My bed was in front of the bathroom so every time when someone uses the bathroom, the light turned on and it was too bright.

Definitely the price! And the location was also good. It was convenient to go shopping and eating.

The wifi went down for 12hrs and the ‘volunteers’ they have working there sold tickets for an event at Coco Bongo nightclub that we not actually allowed into. So everyobe had to go back to the hostel desk in the morning and claim their deposit refunds.

Fantastic hostel. Smart, clean and helpful staff. Hector was very nice and helpful esepcially.

The music was too loud as there was a party every night right above the bedrooms. There were no black out curtains, this would improve the resting time

The staff at the rooftop bar gave poor customer service and still asked for tips.

Very spacious and clean rooms, nice and powerful shower. Communal spaces were extremely nice, access to washing machines was a real big bonus! Helpful staff and nice rooftop pool.

Every person enters the roof bar, not just guests, and so they use the elevator with which they could access the rooms. I did not see any security filter for this.

Fellow room mates where not considerate, they left their clothing and luggage all over the room and in the shower ! they use other bed that's assigned to others .

Great atmosphere with daily activities planned and full of like minded people. The place is well taken care of, has a good rooftop and in general I have nothing negative to say.
