Well, first the Bar was close; and I hear a bad experience from a friend about the guy there … ( the security have to be stronger, more cámaras at the terrace) remember there are a lot of people that are travelling alone.

The prices for the night are cheaper if you extend at the reception directly - but they offered me that option 1.5 weeks after always saying it was cheaper to book through booking.com or Hostelworld (they are probably after the reviews, but letting the guests pay for that with the commission for the booking portals). The reception was very slowly working. Also because they had to explain over and over why they were not able to include the environment fee and taxes on Hostelworld - making the stay almost double the price as it was advertised on Hostelworld. The rooftop bar was closed for more than 2 weeks - also the events around were suspended. Food was occasionally stolen from the common fridge (please install cameras!). I was luckily compensated by a free night. The kitchen was not well equipped -also the brand new one was lacking of utilities and good frying pans. The new kitchen was also a mess in seconds. One of the longtime guests stole my money out of my locked locker in the room - even he was suspicious to the staff, he was still able to extend his stay over and over. - at least they suspended him after this incident and banned him for all hostels in Cancun. Still I had to suffer for it. For tall people the beds are very short - only 1.90 m - and no possiblity to stick your feet out because it is a concrete "cell" After switching rooms I noticed that a trash bin was missing under the sink - after telling the staff nothing happend - even the room was bigger with more people = more trash

My pro is also a con: we were able to party on the rooftop with our own music and drinks. Some nice activities like barbecue on Sundays or bicycle tour (very bad/ cheap bikes) on Thursdays. Carlos (main staff) was always very friendly and helpful! Thank you! The group vibes at this hostels were amazing. Made some good friends. We partyed a couple times, went to the beach together or even went out to have some food. The beds are very private with curtains. The lockers are also big enough for your big bagpack!

The hostel is at a perfect location in the city center. Just 7 mins away from ADO bus station. It is very close to the night market and Chedraui the supermarket. The roof top lounge is so nice to chill.

Location although close walk from the ADO Bus station, not in what I feel the “safest” area of Cancun but the hotel zone isn’t too far away on the R1 bus. Bar was never opened upstairs and definitely not a party hostel.

Ideal location from ADO bus station by foot and big and spacious room and bathroom.

The rooms had A/C all day and it was super cold (I couldn’t thank you enough) which is surprising since hostels like to make you suffer by turning them off during the day. The staff was nice and the place was really clean, the staff cleaned it daily. 10/10 for cleaning

the location was perfect (near ADO terminal that takes u wherever u want to go and near the city center). the place is sooo huge and so clean, u can do a lot of things there without moving if u don’t want/need to. everything was really clean and everything worked perfectly (ac, cold/hot water, lights). highly recommend if u are looking for some place to stay one or two nights in cancun and u are not looking for luxury.

There was nothing I did not like! I really adored the place as is.

I loved the high standard of the whole place! I was surprised finding everything so lovely, clean, welcoming, comfy and efficient.

Price and room were great. I think my room was furthest away from all the noise and it was mostly quiet though I knew it was a party hostel and expected to use earplugs for noise. They had a great rooftop common area with hammocks. I even used the steam room, which I did not know existed (sauna is also available; notify staff beforehand). Filtered water in the kitchen is available. Reception and staff were amazing!! They went above and beyond with helping me with recommendations and when a tour group flaked on me and I needed to call them. I would come back again!

The place was great it was a shame the bar was closed as it made it less of a party vibe than advertised and if we knew that we would have stayed somewhere else.

The place was nice and new and clean and all the staff were helpful. The pool was also a nice addition.

This hostel has it all, what a complete package, location is great, facilities are great, beds are quite comfortable and dont make noise, staff are helpful and so nice, great roof area, nice laundry area and a kitchen that does the job. There is simply nothing I didn't like
