Brand new hostel, set up to be a large, fancy, hotel-like hostel (think of Selina). But since it was new, there we no activities yet and not many people. So I had lots of space and comfort for a very low price.

MexicoManagement told us to label our food items in the refigerator with our name, room number, and valid dates; I did, however two times someone stole my milk, I told the staff, and they did absolutely nothing about it. What's the purpose of a camera, if it does not deter crime, or you do nothing to investigate? What's worse, when you are trying to sleep you hear alot of noise from people talking in the hallway, but no one addresses it. Conversely, I talked on the cell phone briefly on the first floor akin the office. Instead of politely approaching me and informing me of a sign I didnt see that everybody ignores, the male manager in charge of everything almost broke his neck to rudely and arrogantly tell me about talking to loud on the cell. I took the high road apologized and said it was nice to meet you.. he looked surprised. Customer service or lack thereof is horrible. And if you are from the USA you will be treated diffirently.

Hong KongIt's extremely noisy for the whole stay from Thursday night to Sat nights. From 1 am to 3 am. Really loud. If u stay in 6 beds mixed dorm without window may not hear.
The bed is made of concrete. So no noise when climbing up. The female dorm with 2 windows. With natural light and fresh air when needed as AC on for 24 hours. Most room has. No window, 6 and 8 bed dorm. 4 bed with tiny unopened window. . You can charge new towels whenever you want. The kitchen seems to be used until very late (after 11am). Not as strict as they said. Door keep open.

AustraliaI booked an all female dormitory, but I was placed in an 8 bed dormitory and 5 of them were men..they said it’s booking.com fault and they cannot give me another room as fully booked and they asked me to cancel I arrived at 10pm from my flight! I had to stay 1 night and i cancelled the rest of the 3 nights I have booked in advance to stay somewhere else.

SwitzerlandThe place is a huge structure devoid of any charm. My room was on the first floor without windows, quite depressing. Went to the rooftop bar, but there was not much going on. They told me they serve food from 9am to 9pm. But, there was no one to cook. And the bar tenders did not display any sing of “welcoming”. There was lots of noise from works the following day. Not a great issue as was tired anyway. I guess is just temporary. They are also renewing their other branch the Mezcal hostel, which has by far more charm.
The mattress in the room was firm which I liked a lot and one of the members of the staff (Gibran of Gibrain), tried his best to find me a charger for my phone which I’d left in Belize. He was very kind all in all and am so grateful to him.

United StatesWeird is that the hostel allow a person to take control in a mix room ,wearing only underwear,being loud on business calls & snore all nigth long too.. This 2 nighs was a nigthmare to me... uncofortable..
I discussed.was a men in the 6 room mix dormitory ( old guy) livobg there f8r almost 62 days,,wesring underwear, had clothers everywere, pais of choes ; smelly, humid clothes on the big chairs, loud music, loud bussiness conversation..when i asked if he could low the music.. This guy insulted me..ieven he stood infront of my bed Contonue talking. I was affraid, i went tobtalk to desk customer service and the answer was " well he is a regular here, for more than 2 months at the time" we can move you maybe in another room" my answer was " no need to move him or me", I need you to telk him to resoect other people, is not his move is a m8x dormitory ,he can be the owner or else..respect is a plus and guidelines must be follow.." regarles he rent everyday..the dormitory must be available to other feeling respected . Wearing a underware ,,shaving late to be ready for next day,is n9t a quiet enviroment in a mix dirmitory...i used the outside bathroom since this men was standing outside his bed on underwear only..being loud on the phone. Itvus very unconfuryable sharing a dormitory with someone that lunch in a sharable room..

United StatesOne of the staff with the name of XX is really unhelpful. I booked the hostel through booking.com at 8:00 PM and he asked me to wait for 2 hours in the lobby and with the excuse that the information is not in the system. I am not sure if it’s true or not but booking told me the reservation was confirmed. I was waiting inter lobby where he can see me until 10PM, he didn’t call me or anything to say it’s ready. I checked with him again and he said it’s in the system but he is doing something else like closing? And said I need to wait for 20 more minutes. During in the mean time, he talked with multiple guests and checked them in.
Good location and everything. The staff are generally helpful, but for one below. Which ruined the experience of much stay,

SpainThe hostel has a rooftop with very loud music and poor sound insulation, resulting in noise from music and people until late at night. The constant disturbance negatively impacted my experience. After enduring one night of disrupted sleep out of the three reserved, we decided to leave early due to the overall discomfort.

The location is great, near the bus terminal ADO, which makes easy to go anywhere. The breakfast was good but is not included. The room was clean

United StatesThey are, knowingly and intentionally, putting guests at risk of Mexican Immigration by causing them to break Immigration law and hand over their passports to be held as deposit rather than the deposit fees stated here on Booking messages. Mexican Immigration requires all foreigners to carry their passports with them at all times and spot-checks are done in tourist areas. While having it at the hostel any legal situation should be fairly quickly resolved once Immigration personnel would allow you to get it, but even a short detention to get that done is an unnecessary and illegal risk to guests who do not even know it can happen. A screencapture will be attached that shows that the law. Also, it can be purely problematic at other times. In one day I ran into two times that if people had not been lenient with me I would have had an issue. In some cases, like mine and others in my room, they did not offer the deposit fee option to and were told they would *only* accept passport "or some other personal ID" and argued against the deposit agreement. In some other cases, like fewer in my room, they asked for a passport first but then offered the option of the monetary deposit. A day when I had had possible problems I used the Booking messaging system to alert them to my knowing the immigration law and that I would be coming down to the front desk to get my passport and give the financial deposit stated was expected here on Booking. When I came down they allowed me to make the change. When I brought up, the Mexican Immigration law politely, as they had been polite when doing this change, and the risk it posed to guests (not the hostel, to guests) it was brushed off with a shrug and a statement that it wasn't anything worth considering. They later had an event where it was shown to hold a person's passport to take part in it. Despite it being illegal and them being aware. Please never stay with this location.
Main areas very clean. Staff at rooftop bar and restaurant very friendly and helpful. Some of the desk staff were friendly and helpful. Beds had good privacy curtains, power sockets, light, little cubby for items, and hook for towels inside it. The dorm room had a shower, toilet, and 2 sinks. The shower was a small room in size, very big. Dorm room door locks worked by small card made into a small bracelet to wear while there. Excellent wifi in the rooms and on the rooftop.
