I think it was overpriced for the simplicity of the hotel

We were immediately greeted at the door. The staff was attentive and followed through providing the service that we needed.

Shower was still black mole in it. Didn’t give small towels on second day. Breakfast fruits was old on both days. Room smell old, not fresh.

Hotel on the seafront, with parking. Welcoming and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, nothing more. Located near a large shopping center (stores, restaurants, cinema). very good Wi-Fi connection.

Fairly long walk to the historic centre. We booked on short notice and had to pay a higher price than we expected.

Location was excellent, right across the street from the Malecon and the nightly water light show. Church's and Burger King next door. Breakfast was very good. Help yourself to as much fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, scrambled eggs, frijoles , etc. Room was decent size and good shower and bed. Staff provided me with ice for the room when i asked with no charge.

Breakfast is terrible....it must be improved if the hotel it is supposed to be a 4 star.

It is ok for a transit in Campeche. You have to go in the old town by car or taxi.

The equipment was a bit old and the swimming pool was like hot whirlpool, which we don't take as a mistake, because it was 42'C, but we would appreciate if it could be more refreshing.

Nice and clean hotel in front of the ocean. Nice staff. The room was clean and the air-condition worked as it should. The center of the city was appx. 20 min. by walk.

Bathroom was a bit grubby - peeling paper and spattered. Decor a bit tired.

Breakfast was good, pool was pleasant. Room offered not satisfactory but they changed it on request.

Our neighbours were very noisy at 5am when they got up and being close to the lobby was super noisy in the very early morning at 6am.

Great wheelchair accessible room and great location close to the Malecon which is easy to get there.

No microoven in the room even if we where supposed to have one. Cup, saucer, and coffee pot but no coffee 🤔, No bar or food in the hotel. Only two towels in the bathroom. No safe in the room.

Unfortunately, the gym had some equipment that wasn’t working and feels ignored compared to the rest of the property in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast room can get very crowded.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and functional. There are tennis courts. You can walk to the Malecón for sunsets in 3 minutes.

Basic but functional and clean. Hot water in shower. Swimming pool area looked great (but we didn't test it). The hotel is not located in the centre-centre but along the "malecón" which is a nice walk.

Extremely dated. Furniture is falling apart, beds are cheep and extremely uncomfortable. Paid for a King room but was given a twin room. They charged 1000. Extra pesos for two small dogs. With an additional 1000 peso deposit. Pool was open until 9:00 we were told repeatedly that they would fine us if we used it past 9:00 but groups were there until 10:30. Our room was overlooking the pool.

Staff are very pleasant. Located across from the Gulf.
