Thanks you for an amazing night in a true paradise. What a lovely place. The whole crew took care of us in such an incredible way. Food was good, beds were comfy and the whole atmosphere was just amazing. We had a room with a privat bathroom but not inside the room. But it was no problem at all. The whole place is very familiar and the bathroom was only a few steps away.

The nicest owners, Alfredo and Hector, who let you feel very welcome and they also gives you the best tips for excursions, restaurants, nature, tours, etc. We had the best recommendations and tips for the region! Our stay and our lunch were lovely. Jungla y Estrellas is a charming, little hotel that just feels cozy, warm and chill. We Our little gifts we got from the owners got a special place in our home now. If you want a little, special and unique place to stay in Coba near the town than this is the place to book. Great value for money as well.

A pitcher of drinking water in the room and perhaps a wash basin would be nice. I had to go down a narrow flight of stairs to use the bathroom at night.

Beautiful jungle dwelling with many birds right outside the door. Much thought and care went into the construction of the building, rooms and pool.

Private bathroom and toilet were away from the bedroom and downstairs but there was a toilet for use in the night if needed on the same level as the bedroom,

Well situated for visiting the Coba ruins and cenotes. Some great recommendations of other places to visit in the area from the owners who were very hospitable and welcoming. Nice food served for breakfast and dinner and large comfortable room. Stay was very short but pool Looked very inviting

Our private bathroom wasn't en suite. That's not convenient and made me feel like I was in a hostel.. Also, the bathroom wasn't very clean and a bit stinky. I also think the prices for the food they offer could be lower. They take advantage of the fact the the nearest restaurants are a 5-minute drive away.

Nice tiny hotel, we enjoyed the sounds of the jungle and an afternoon by the pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Absolutely nothing to point out!

The coziness, use of natural materials and closeness to nature would be sufficient for a wonderful time, but what stands out big time is the friendly, caring and heartwarming hosts. This is a true gem.

    All was perfect.

This hotel is a small charming oasis with people who treat you like a family. Just amazing! The property itself is very simple, but you'll see a lot of small details and cute local decor. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. Even though I usually don't expect much from small and not expensive accommodation, but these people stole our hearts and our daughter enjoyed every day the same way we did, and she is usually very picky:) Even towels were replaced daily! Such a rarity in this area!

    Leaving 😞

This is a fabulous place to stay. Our hosts Hector and Alfredo are exceptional. They welcome you with open arms and make sure your stay is nothing but first class. Our room was large, very comfortable and our private bathroom was just down the corridor. We enjoyed excellent food and the best margaritas. We were made to feel so special and part of the family. Hector and Alfredo are justly proud of the beautiful place they have built.

    Nothing

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we were treated like family by Hector, Rosie and Alfredo. It was such a lovely atmosphere sitting around the pool and we immediately became friends with the staff and the other guests. Hector also took us to see some nearby cenotes which were amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here for at least two nights if you can (you will regret only staying one night!)

Not much happening in the area. It didn’t bother us but the bathroom was down stairs around the pool area. The bathrooms are private to each room though.

Massive room, spotlessly clean and lovely pool area and fantastic staff.

Only staying one night! Wish we'd stayed just one night longer to explore some of the other things near town.

The place was magical! Feels like a bamboo hut in the jungle, but with the comforts and amenities of a boutique hotel. Don't worry about the bugs, the rooms are fully covered in mosquito netting and we didn't see a single one. The food was delicious, check-in was easy, and it was walking distance to the Coba ruins, and close to the road to the cenotes. We were expecting a nice place to sleep for a night, and Junglas y Estrellas FAR exceeded what we were hoping for. Even better were the hosts who treated us like family from the moment we arrived! We can't say enough kind things about them!

A bit of humidity in the rooms due to the hot and humid weather and some insects due to the proximity with the jungle.

This place was amazing - very quirky and interesting. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast and the staff were exceptional- friendly and helpful. We just wished we were staying longer so we could have enjoyed the pool. The ruins were less than 5 minutes away and 3 denotes were 5km down the road.
