The air conditioning was not working, but we got another room, where it was OK. WiFi is not in all rooms.

The location is quite at a very nice park, 5 minutes walk to the beach and also to Chedraui. Small but nice pool and friendly staff who guarded our luggage from the morning until the room was ready.

It would have bern great to have a small cafe in the hotel that sold morning coffee, tea, juice.

The location was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We liked the added feature of Patti the resident dog and the 2 resident parrots. We could hear and see birds from our balcony.

We wish they had a place to buy or make coffee and tea in the mornings as the local restaurants don't open until later.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and it was quiet. The room was clean. We would recommend it.

Some of the maintenance of the property has been neglected. While the pool was in great condition, the patio fountain was a mess and had someone working on it late into the night. Much of the paint is peeling. There are wiring problems with the lights and the fans. The free access on the TV is down to one channel and they no longer have remote controls.

The location was particularly good for quiet privacy. In a city filled with overpriced hotels with a lot of hype, this was a bargain. The staff was very friendly, though a little short on information for activities: they knew only about those that they got a percentage on. The beach and good restaurants were all within walking distance.

Only 1 inadequate light in the room No towel rack in the bathroom. It's a walk-up building but luckily we travel light Courtyard needed tending. No restaurants immediately near by.

Excellent value for a budget traveller. AIthough an older hotel, our room was spacious and clean, with a built in closet and desk or table Window looking into the courtyard could be opened for fresh air. Celing fan but no AC which didn't bother me. Guests were mostly Mexican. Staff super friendly but no English so we used a translate app There is a swimming pool. The beach is less than a block. Owner was around, very down to earth. He acknowledged the place needed a 'tune up'

The location is really nice and it was quiet when I stayed in December. I was fine without air conditioning too. The beds are firm but very comfortable, it had everything I needed.

If you expect a room where all the things are in good condition this is not the place for you. The furniture is in rough shape but mostly functional.The beds were good . The balcony was very nice. We would stay again.

The people the location and it was a chance to stay in a REAL Mexican hotel. The pool The park across the street and a wonderful beach 4 min. Away. As an added bonus one of the owners is Italian and drove us up town a couple of times and gave good recommendations. His best tip go to the beach at 6:00 to watch the sunrise.

It is a no-frills hotel but that is what we expected for the low price in a good location.

The location was ideal. There was a pleasant park across the street and we were within short walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants.

The Internet was awful in the room, but worked fine in the "wi-fi zone" No complaints really, basic room.

It was a nice hotel, conveniently located in Huatulco, internet worked well (in the wi-fi zone) sucked in the room, staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely park next to the hotel. Dog friendly.

The room was 100 degrees, super hot; we paid for a room with a fan and it was still boiling. You had to pay more money again for the air conditioning but we had seen on other reviews it didn’t work well anyway so we didn’t bother. There were also ants that made there way into the room, ones that bite so that was a little uncomfortable. The curtains were very light so the sun beamed in making the room hotter and a few things were rather stained.

The property itself is large and has very friendly staff. The bathroom is large; the rooms are bright and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool is a good size and overall the feeling of the hotel is very homely. The staff were very helpful and gave us advise on restaurants, taxis and tours. There was also a very friendly dog!

Relaxed tranquil location 10 minute walk to the nearest town. Near to a nice park and the beach with a small pool. Pet friendly.
