Firstly, the hotel is a hostel more likely. Secondly, our room smelled of drainage. Also, there was a party in the courtyard of the hostel area till 2 am and it was our night before we had to take a flight next day. So it wasn’t ideal.

The location is near the Playa Norte.

I stayed at privet room and the price was very high compared to the others hotels here but I was ready to pay the price, there was no hot water in the showers and the bathroom got broken. They weren’t ready to listen and give back at least part of the money on this lousy service. Just before you deciding to go to the Selina just compare prices and quality on the hotels around the Selina, you won’t regret.

A touch more expensive than we'd like for dorm rooms. Bathrooms sometimes smelt quite musty. Free water only sometimes (but great that it is there at times). Overall still definitely worth it ☺️ really enjoyed out stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice it was given it's average rating. Good pool. Lovely aircon. Helpful friendly staff who upgraded us so we could have bottom bunks. Cool that they have daily activities. Great location. Would recommend for backpackers keen on a little resort like break ☺️

Great location and great pool and chill area. Dive shop on site where you can arrange snorkelling and diving excursions. Excellent daily programmes at the hostel including walks, yoga and welcome drinks. Would recommend

Rooms configured poorly, the pool was a danger or tripping hazard and while they swept and raked every morning the trash cans on beach and by pool were overflowing with garbage....

No access to the beach, is closed and you need to walk from outside, but is pretty close.

Is big, comfortable, promote activites, and the staff is super nice and friendly! :)

It is true that you do not have much space for the storage and that the room is not super big, and for the money that you spend it could be bigger, but it is not something that ruins your stay in my opinion. I liked a lot to stay there, also because prices in the north of the island are always high.

The location is very nice and very nicely located in the north of the island, close to the best beach of Isla Mujeres, close to bar and restaurant, to supermarket and to the ferry. The kitchen is available for all the guest to cook their own food but you also have the possibility to eat at breakfast and lunch at the restaurant/bar. I slept in the female dormitory with 6 beds and it was very nice, we had the common bathroom among 6 persons inside the room. The AC was always on, but not in a crazy way, so perfect for me. It is true that the rooms do not have window for the light but you can always turn on the lights until 10PM, so I do not see the problem described by some other reviews. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe and in a very good place, so I recommend!! They also give the towels for free and without deposit!

I got a topee. the sheets were dirty with stains and there was a mouse inside. they charged me 415 pesos for something that I did not dirty.

Nothing to add here really. We were very happy with everything.

The location is perfect. The room had aircon and a private bathroom. There was a great communal kitchen which was kept very clean. The outdoor area is gorgeous with a bar and really good breakfasts. We hung out here a few afternoons as it was just too hot and crowded on the beach. Very reasonably priced.

This was a wonderful place to stay that was right on the water, had a relaxed and chill vibe throughout the entire place. It was attached to the dive shop that we used to scuba dive. They offered yoga and had a pool and many different areas to lounge and rejuvenate.

The other staff at the reception were there just because they have to be. They weren’t responsive on our few requests we have had. And although we had to leave the island earlier because of Huricane Beryl they didn’t give us taxes back for the days we paid ahead and had to leave earlier. They also couldn’t print our online bosrdings for ferry because they did not get them

Selina Poc Na Isla Mujeres is realy nice spot for solo/couple travellers who need peace/off of the rush life/self-time. The swings inside this little palm paradise give the soul to the place. From the staff l have to mention Raul from the restaurant, “young surf guy” who is kindness and polite. On my request (l am diabetic), he brought food which was appropriate for my diet. The location is walkable to everywhere, the beautiful beach is 500m. You can rent a buggy, have your own workplace, make a new tattoo and connect to simmilar mindset people.

The locker in the bed is built in very low. This means you’ll probably bang your legs a few times onto this very locker. I don’t quite like if the AC is running the whole day and night and one cannot switch it off.

I liked the hostel! It’s big and has some cool facilities on its property. There are constantly people there making sure that everything is working as it should.

Super noisy, every night there was a party, DJ, and loud music til the morning so you cannot really rest , very tiny room, breakfast included but it was a very small breakfast.
