Good location. Good size room with fridge and outside seating. Nice gardens and pool.

All rooms should come equipped with a fridge we stayed in two different rooms and our first room didn't have one) also simple hand soap would have been greatly appreciated.

The hotel is on a quiet side street in the centre of all the action( restaurants, shopping)

No key for the hotel lobby door, had to wake the door/night man a few times, even well before midnight.

Great location, one block from the main strip. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes. Easy access to local and long distance transportation.

No cafe at all and location in the centre of town with rooftop bar playing super load music till 2am approximately 200m away. Really didn’t detract from our stay though. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully designed with spacious comfortable rooms and lovely courtyard area with small pool. Staff very efficient and very friendly. We had a room with an outdoor stone bath which was fab!

There’s a gigantic “sofa bed” thing that’s built in taking up half the room. It would be nice if you have kids, otherwise it just wastes space. The maids will barge in without knocking, even if you decline cleaning , so barricade the door if you are in the room during the day.

A nice budget hotel right off the Avenida downtown. There’s some cheap delicious taco stands practically right outside. There’s a small pool, good for a quick dip. Bikes are available for rent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My room #12 had some mold in it and one of the lightbulbs was out. However, it was was my error in not advising the desk.

The service: Naomi and Yasuri, the security guards (David and the other gentleman whose name I did not get), and the cleaners Anna and Claudia were wonderful. Naomi and Yasuri were very kind and helpful. Anna and Claudia did a great job cleaning the rooms.

The shower was not hot. It would take about 10 minutes for it warm up but it never got hot and one day didn’t even get warm, which is sort of unacceptable for a hotel of this cost. The hotel had these obnoxious musical Christmas lights out front that played all night. We eventually started turning them off ourselves so we could sleep.

The hotel was cute and clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was cozy and the AC worked well. The option to rent bikes was nice. The location was good in that it was close to town but also quite loud. Pool was cute but small and I didn’t see anyone use it.

Staff forgot to clean our room for one day but very quick and responsive after we requested. The electricity went off one day but it was the same for the whole area, something uncontrollable by the hotel.

Location was really good, downtown city centre and easy to move around. Room was clean and staff were helpful, gave us a small fridge because we had medications that needed to be chilled.

My only complaint is at the time of booking I was advised via message that we could pay a fee for additional breakfast items (such as eggs and fruit). When we enquired about this at the hotel we were told it was toast, coffee and juice only which was included free with our booking. This meant we went out for breakfast a few times during our stay to get some more substantial breakfast.

The hotel staff were really friendly and always happy to help. The pool area was perfect to relax at. The rooms were spacious, tidy and comfortable, and the communal areas for relaxing were also very clean. The location was perfect for exploring the local area. The bikes were also a perfect addition for getting to the beach and slightly further afield. Couldn't recommended this hotel highly enough.

The only two things I did not like were the construction banging directly on the other side of our wall and the beds. I have never in my life slept on a more uncomfortable, hard bed. By the end of our stay we were looking forward to a full night’s rest on a decent mattress.

The location, price, staff, and atmosphere were great! They were always available and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. I loved the pool and small size of the property.

The staff at Hotel Posada were so wonderful. They welcomed us early, gave us great tips for the city and our room was so clean and smelled great with fresh towels every day. The girls who made breakfast each morning also were so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect and quite quiet.

The shower pressure was a bit weak but wasn't a big issue and there was no full length hanging space - however plenty of drawers so wasn't a big deal. The breakfast is a bit basic but fine for the price. These are really small things that didn't detract from the stay overall.

Such a lovely hotel! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, from the breakfast team to the front desk. There was somewhere to refill bottles of drinking water which was great. The room was lovely, with good storage space and a safe, the balcony was really cute and the pool area was great to relax in after hot days exploring. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. The location was excellent, right by the main street with lots of shops and places to eat. It felt safe to walk back to as well. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Continental breakfast service needed improvement.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Its close to main areas in town, just a 5-10 minutes walk from ADO station. The location is peaceful ane you can have a nice sleep. The pool structure is amazing. We loved that the male receptionist attened us with great customer care. The security aswell was so kind as he gave us some tips when taking the collectivos to the main attraction.

The pool was very quiet and relaxing. Nice and cool to beat the head of the day. Close to basically everything except the beach. Breakfast was decent, only the continental breakfast (toast jam coffee) was free, but they have dozens of places to eat around there.
