Small property 3 blocks off the Main Street in Tulum Centro So, very quiet and the pool area is very nice. Breakfast was better than most. Eggs were delicious and the service was fast and accommodating to all needs! Staff does a very fine Job.

They are great hosts! I had a wonderful experience here, and the breakfast was delish! It's a little bit of a local spot as far as neighbors go, which I love. I walked to town and saw many interesting things. I highly recommend it!

Breakfast is quite early (7.45-9.00) - usually not my probelm, but it was bad weather and therefore a sleep in with later breakfast option would have been great

The room felt a bit humid, which is probably normal for those places - there is the option of ventilation or using air conditioning.

We had a good and comfortable short stay. Breakfast was basic but very friendly served. A big bonus is the fruit plate at breakfast. Drinking water available at all times. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with his suggestion to rent bikes. We did not use the pool.

This cute property is owned and operated by a very friendly and helpful family. They really make you feel at home. It is located in the suburbs, offering you a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, but still walking distance form all the touristy action. The breakfast was great and you could taste the love. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, walking distance from the cafes and restaurants. The place is lovely and the owners are super friendly. Our bed was very big which is a huge plus for us tall Dutchies ;) We enjoyed the daily breakfast as well. Would highly recommend!

The location close to the city centre. The room size and comfortable bed. Each room is equipped with A/C and ventilators. The breakfast is personalized and super good. Christian is a great host!

The room is small, no amenities. Situated in a strange neighborhood. The towels looked very worn out. Very thin walls. In the morning you can hear everything, the steps, the walking on the hallway. The personnel woke me up with their talking and walking in front of the room. Strange layout of the hotel with not much privacy here.

For us it wasn't a big downside; however, good to know that the hotel is not located in the city center, but slightly away from it (10-15 min walk). The area felt safe though, we didn't experience any issues coming home late.

The staff were incredibly helpful and flexible, they catered to all our needs. We got instructions for late check-in, recommendations for a lot of things to do in Tulum and for bars / restaurants. The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was also delicious. Overall, we had a great stay!

The beds, although big, didn't have headboards which would have made a great difference to the look of the room.

This is a very nice, family run hotel in a quiet street, away from traffic. Cristian was super helpful and friendly. Hotel has a lovely courtyard with a pool. Everything was clean - loved the bathroom.

Nice breakfast. Very attentive hosts. Communicate with WhatsApp, texting only. Quickest and best results. Room could use another chair and maybe a light blanket for those who need it.

Very nice hotel with unique dekoration. The hotel is 7 minutes walk from the city centre and the ADO bus terminal which gives easy access to attraktions around Tulum but also total quiet nights away from the city noise.
