The room was a bit stuffy and the door didn‘t close properly even when locked by key. Apart from security issues this also let the mosquitos in the room. For the price there are better options in Cozumel

The bed is not so comfy and the sheets were kinda hard.

The hotel is well positioned very closely with restaurants and the beach. You can easily walk around, it’s safe and they have a code for the door.The staff very friendly.

The walls and windows are thin, so it can get noisy (or awkward to hear your neighbor through the bathroom wall).

The staff was welcoming and helped us sort out a snorkeling excursion. We managed to rent a scooter and leave out stuff on our day out. Good place to stay for a couple of days.

Day number two was good, no complains.

It was better than the first day,I could have gotten persons to talk to and ask questions compared to day one,I think they have limited staff or under staff,that is why the room was a rushed clean on day one.

The hotel was locked and no staff was present when we arrived,. Just by chance a fellow at a business nearby knew a fellow who lived there long term. He contacted the guy who let us in, called the management of the hotel, found our key and showed us the room which was lean and prepared with towels , etc. We had an extremely anxious hour or more before we got into the hotel. We had arrived at the hotel almost precisely the time we told them to expect us.

We were welcomed by a very unpleasant young man, felt like he was doing us a favor. I think he didn’t want to work there at all and he just couldn’t hide it. The room and especially the shower need a makeover. It wasn’t very cheap either. If you just need a place to sleep and nothing else, it can be a good option because the location is great. Otherwise you will be disappointed mainly by the only worker we saw there and he couldn’t care less. When we came to check out, the reception was empty and we needed to call and wait until he arrived. He mumbled something about the towels and he insisted we need to bring the towels to the reception, I didn’t understand why and he didn’t really try to explain. Just said these are the rules. He could go by himself and check that we didn’t steal the towels but as I said, he couldn’t care less, he made me go back to the room and bring the towels, while we needed to check out quickly and go to the ferry. Really bad client service.

This hotel is walking distance to the square and is quiet for the busy neighborhood. It is a good value to be close to everything.

The room was very damp..the bed felt damp and my clothes felt damp.I asked for an additional towel which I was refused and on checking out I was asked if I'd left the towel! There was no soundproofing to the rooms and it was extremely noisy not just hotel clients but music blasting out till 3 am every morning. Thank goodness I had only booked 3 nights and that was too many. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I've been traveling Mexico for 3 weeks all budget hotels but all were quite good and some excellent for the money but not this one.

Can't say there was anything at all I liked about this hotel other than the convenient location to the town square.

This was a darling little place to stay, in the middle of the city, a short walk away from anything you could want to do. It's beautiful and calm, like a little garden inside, with free filtered water, hot water in the bathroom, and two of the cutest little turtles walking around. Viviana and her staff are sweet, helpful, and friendly. My room was cleaned halfway through my stay and was a nice surprise. For me, it was much more comfortable than a bigger or fancier hotel would be. I would love to come back!! Thank you so much!! I felt safe and comfortable here.

There isn’t much parking even for a motorcycle but they allowed me to park inside which was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. I did not reserve a room with a/c, but it was not an issue. I had a very comfortable stay! I would stay there again.

the property is in an excellent location two blocks from the sea. The room was basic but well appointed for the price. it had two double electrical sockets which was nice. There are several nice and inexpensive restaurants in the area but the one next door which opens around noon was amazing. A few door down there was a bakery/restaurant with a/c and breakfast specials. it is just a nice and clean neighborhood close to everything!
