It's rare that one visits a hotel without a single complaint. This property is absolutely gorgeous, the room was large and beautiful. The bathroom was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I was seriously blown away by this hotel. Loved it. So peaceful and relaxing.

It would have been nice to have proper loungers near the pool, rather than hard wood chairs, which were pretty uncomfortable to sit in.. but this is more a suggestion for improvement rather than anything else!

The building is truly beautiful and charming, and the staff were amazing. Not sure it was family-owned, but it gave me that impression. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was generous. They had a large private parking, which was super handy as well.

Some rooms in the ground floor instead of windows have mosquitos nets only. We feeled unsafe. Breakfast 50/50.

Spacious room, lot of bath amenities.

It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere. No television or radios blaring. Large bathroom and bedroom, high ceilings. We stayed in #2 building just beside the pool and gardens. Only complaint we should have stayed another night to enjoy the cenote tour. Staff was attentive.

The noise carries around the courtyard which was disruptive one evening when a large party arrived late.

Stunning boutique hotel beautifully furnished and cared for. Split across two sites but both equally lovely..The staff are kind; particularly notable was Gabriel who seemed to be always on hand to help. Kids loved the small pool. Cocktails and food delicious. Pretty little garden.King size beds were a massive bonus in Mexico.

The showers were (we assume) gravity fed and it was hard to shower. Not much you can do in such an old building and plumbing I imagine. This is the only negative out of many positives.

A beautiful building with spacious rooms. Very casual relaxed feel which was just what we needed at the beginning of our holiday. Valladolid is close to so many things making it the perfect place to stay.

Travelling as a family with 3 older teens. Staff were incredibly helpful - sent us to some less touristy cenotes. We had 2 cool and spacious rooms in building 2 and the verandah areas beside the pool were lovely and relaxing. Tucked away from the road so traffic noise was at a minimum. Breakfast included and was cooked to order as well as small continental breakfast available. Sighing walking distance of main square and a bit of a longer walk to Calzada de los Frailes.

What stood out to us was how clean and safe the hotel felt, with an English-speaking front desk that made communication easy. The private parking area was secure, and the area around the park was well-lit at night, which made us feel comfortable walking around. It’s conveniently located near the town, with some fantastic restaurants just a 10-minute walk away. While the area isn’t the most walkable due to narrow sidewalks and mixed traffic from bikes, cars, and scooters, getting around town is still easy. We also loved the local vendors and the warm hospitality of the Mayan people—it added so much charm to our stay.

Hotel expense was high for the area. Also, i would suggest grip handles for the shower for all people, incl handicapped.

the breakfast went well and the laundry service was exceptional and fast. The manager was extremely helpful throughout, incl the fact that he went out of his way to assist my wife with wheelchair assistance to visit ChichenItza, much out of his way to serve. He also oflfered local transportation, again out of his way. Also, the food at the restaurant was the best we had during our entire stay in the Yucatan. This was greatly appreciated.
