Staff were nice and Friendly, a mini shop and pharmacy was at walking distance very usefull.

Bathroom really small..Also did not like that the bathroom light and one of the room light are both controlled by one switch which is outside the bathroom. When want to use bathroom and turn on the light it tends to annoy others in the room trying to sleep.

They over charge us at the hotel. The internet was down for most of the stay the pool was not accessable until the next day which is just crazy.

We arrived at the hotel 2pm after we were scheduled to arrive at 1pm the room was not ready, we had to w8 until 3pm to get a room, the following day we went shopping came a little after 12pm to collect our items and give up the room. The staff was already in the room placing our items outside the hotel so they could clean. Imagine getting a room at 3pm to check out 12pm the following day. The room was smaller than advertise, the pool changed my son's pants from blue to purple so imagine the chlorine in it.

The rooms were cleaned and the AC was cool and welcoming especially in the hot climate we are having presently.

The rooms shown in the pics are for their executive rooms. The rooms we stayed in is on the old side of the hotel. The elevator is out of service. The fixtures in the room are old and dilapidated. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold. The room is very small and we stated four persons were staying in the room but the staff only wanted to give 2 towels. The service is very poor. Wouldn't recommend.

The internet service was poor. The cleaning staff required of us to leave the room prior to check out. The internet was not accessible in our rooms.

The rooms were neat, clean and tidy. The location was ideal for shopping and finding nice places to eat. The pool was nice and clean.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a functioning pool, it smelled moldy, the bathroom was not up to par, there was NO WIFI, the front desk moved extremely slow like 45 mins just to check us in. It’s like the remnant of what used to be a grand hotel is left behind in shambles.

Nothing, we liked nothing. Upon arrival we stayed about an hour trying to convince ourselves to stay. But shortly left and went to another hotel.

Room needs serious upgrade. Dysfunctional Shower, generic tv didnt work. Receptionist promised to have it checked but to no avail.

Great location and parking to spend no more than a day.

Staff was very hostile. Arrived from Cancun tired around 5am and they didn’t want to receive me. Thankfully I paid online so I was able to get my room. Checkout was 1pm and they asked me to be out by mid day.

hard to get a taxi. Restaurant was still closed. No coffee available. Their was no chairs to lay down on at the pool. only tow tables with chairs.

Bathroom had lots of mold. Didn't even want to go in there. I can't believe they let people stay there. AC only had one speed (high) and was loud.

The rooms we booked were not available when we arrived. We had to pay for a new set of rooms at a higher price. The Hotel staff said it was and error on Bookings part. The second night we had to relocate to a new hotel because someone else sold the rooms we booked and they were fully booked.

no blankets, pool closed most of the day, or sucks, bathrooms not very clean. they moved us to a piece of crap hotel bc they overbooked that didn’t even have a toilet seat! the internet does not work!
