We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI felt the cleaning was not up to par. Rug needed a deep cleaning and the bed sheets had dark stains on them.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. Parking right in front of the hotel. Room had plenty of space to move around and we enjoyed the balcony.

United StatesThe front staff! Not even a good morning or welcoming words. They all had a “mad” face all the time. There was this instance that the driver got there an hour early and was looking for me and the receptionist just told him that to wait for our group to come down … when we came down (10 min early to wait for the driver) she did not even bother to tell me that the driver was already there.. on the hotel parking lot waiting for us… we waited for the driver for 20 min until I called the company and was told he has been there for 1 hr. The driver later explained that receptionist didn’t even bother to call me at my room to let me know he was there. The receptionist just told him that she had no idea in what room I was in to contact me.
Love the staff at the restaurant and the bellboys were very attentive and helpful

PortugalBreakfast it's not included, it must be in the restaurant at the ground floor. There is no buffet breakfast available. Service is ok, but a bit slow.
Imponent decoration, both in public areas and in the rooms. Rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but large TV and very comfortable. There is a very nice swimming pool at the rooftop, but we hadn't the time to use it.

MexicoThe hotel is older, so you cannot expect everything to be in new condition. It’s been well maintained, but there’s some wear and tear - although it’s mostly aesthetic and didn’t impact our stay.
The location right on the square was perfect. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Large portions and good fresh food.

United StatesThere was a very foul odor coming from the drains in the bathroom. The pool (which looked more like drainage ditch) did not look clean. There were no lounges or tables in the sun, the phone to get food or drinks didn’t work. The hot tub maintenance man was very nice, got the tub going, but it was in really rough shape. The whole rooftop situation seems very neglected. Breakfast staff were inattentive. I needed to ask for a menu, no one came to my table unless i asked them to. Latte was lukewarm. No compensation for the stink in our room, which was so strong that it disrupted both our sleep.

United StatesBeen there before and it seems place is not being maintained well. Replace dirty carpet in hallways, fix air conditioners, and upstairs deck, patio, pool need some s attention. Would be better not to have a hot tub at all then have what is there. Get rid of it. Customer service not as friendly as first time stayed there.

United StatesThe rooms were not very clean and room had a smell. It is noisy at night and saw a rat in the lobby. Also, somehow my Dior foundation went missing out first day there.
