United StatesI was treated poorly from the staff right away. I don’t want to be petty but everyone in line to check in was asked if they wanted a drink, which they got. I was never asked. I even ask the staff for a drink when they were handing them out and they told me to just go to the bar when I’m done. Just weird. I tho k they don’t like the idea of a solo guest I’m not really sure. Also the food is literally disgusting at least what I had. I walked off site to eat because the stuff they serve comes out of a microwave 100%. Just walk across the street or Uber into town you’ll be glad you did.
It was a clean bed to sleep in and I drank probably 15 margaritas. That’s about the only good thing here.

United StatesAC was not working in common areas like the buffet. The food had limited choices and they were not that good. It was difficult to use the app to make dinner reservations. Most of the time it said full, but when we checked the restaurant was mostly empty. The pool is small and crowded. The kids zone was small and not much area to play in. The staff wasn’t too accommodating when we said we already booked our tours and activities prior to coming. All in all we were glad we had our vacation but we will not be going back or recommend it to others.

Restaurants were always full and was not possible to book a table . My toddler got stomach issues from their food . We left hotel deeply disappointed and would not recommend.

This was our first time traveling all inclusive. Let me tell you it was amazing. All the staff is very friendly the food amazing. Alex the concierge guy has amazing customer service. Claudia at the restaurant Los Panchos amazing service. Eduardo at the cafe Solaris also great service.

United StatesThe drinks were watered down. The food wasn't good and I'm not picky. The buffet area was very loud. The pool and "hot tub" was cold. The concierge was suppose to make us a reservation at the restaurant and we get to the restaurant and they treat us like we are lying. The experience was very disappointing.
The hotel is in a good location with nice view and grounds. Some of the staff was friendly but some was not. The hotel was clean.

The shower had rust and very slow drain and stains in the sink from poor cleaning. I will never stay there again. Also the scamming for time shares are just too much!

United StatesThe building is quite old and not well cleaned and maintained. The staff was not so kind and the times for opening of snack bars is not respected by the staff (the receptionist and all hotel brochures report that the lunch opening is at 11:30, the operating staff pretended to open snack bars at 12). We had a very bad experience with the shuttle to the airport organized by the hotel travel agency.
The location is near the Los Cabos airport and right in front of the ocean. We had a room with ocean view.

United StatesThe resort provided a buffet style meal breakfast and lunch which was not what we were expecting for an all inclusive resort on our 1st day. Then 2nd day all areas were placed on locked down due to hurricane Norma which is understandable however to serve a basic buffet style and cram all guests into a cafeteria type-room was unacceptable. The lobby was filled all day and evening with bored guests...most checking out the following day as you continued same protocol Sunday morning. The terrible thing was you then discontinued alcohol service the entire day Saturday leaving all your guests to just sit in a lobby. Our resort was pretty much the only one cut off as friends nearby had alcohol and various food and entertainment services. Not a good manner to accomodate paying guests for services not rendered.
