The pool was out of service, and we had no idea before booking. The latch on the shower door was rusty and did not work; Luckily, it stayed closed. We noticed a black curly hair on the table right when we first walked into the room. Although the towels were clean, they seemed a bit old.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved being right by the beach. It was a good value for basic comfort and location. Our room was clean for the most part, and it had a lovely view. The beds were really comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. Housekeeping refreshed our room while we were gone. There's an Oxxo nearby that we found convenient. We appreciated the FREE parking and Wi-Fi.

The location is perfect. We had an early dip in the ocean and pool which was great, our son had a blast. We would book here again.

The hotel looks quite old and out of shape, the cleaning was also not good (we found hairs in the sink as we just arrived).

I wasn’t able to lock my room during my stay. the lock didn’t work. the morning front desk guy was extremely rude. he should be fired and that place would be much better his name is David. there is the night guy he is very sweet and helpful. I couldn’t reach my AC and when I needed it on before checking out the rude guy never turned it on. there was an old boxed tv. the wifi didn’t reach the room I was on the third floor I would go down to get wifi.

the property is in a good location. i has a lot of parking that is fenced and is locked at night. they have a day and night person. the pool is cleaned everyday. nice ppl who are on vacation stay there with their kids. nice architectural design.

Well the Hotel was in really bad shape. I was dissappointed at how run down the Hotel was. We had a large group of us 8 rooms total and i was a bit embarrassed at the condition after i had said how great the Hotel was. The elevator was out and with small kids and a stroller it was a challenge getting up and down

Unfortunately the stay here was not good at all. The location is great but the service is horrible. The smell of the rooms was not a clean smell. I had four rooms they were all the same. The most unsatisfying thing of all was that iteams were missing after they had came to do room service. That to us was the straw that broke the camels back. Unfortunately two of these rooms had iteams taken a blow dryer some hair treatments and skin treatment lotions. When repotting the issues the only thing they told me was that was not common and they spoke with the lady who did the room service and she denied everything (absolutely) to conclude with all this find another place to stay there many more other places learn from my experience. Take care people ✌️

Elevator not functioning, they request a $300 pesos deposit for remotes of the tv and air conditioning, however it has to be only i'm cash otherwise they will leave you without them. Property pictures did not matched with reality. The beach palapas are not supervised by any hotel staff and we we're harrased from the locals and asked us money while spending time there in order to use the beach palapas

The only pro was the bien, however the noise from the Malecon on the weekend was pretty heavy until 3am

I didnt like how dirty the pool was I didn't like how dirty the bath room was and there was alot of obviously notice able patched holes it was kinda nasty

They have loudspeakers by the pool playing ranchero music. It was very loud, but made worse by some drunk women who were singing along, at the top of their lungs and off key. I spoke to the woman at the desk at about 10 PM, and the volume went down a little bit. Then, at 5 AM, there was a drunk man yelling in the hallway. I chose this place because it's close to the bus station, and I got a good price from booking.com. There are better options available in this area.

The noise.could never get to sleep, there was no coffee maker so you had to buy it from the adjoing resurant which of course would overcharge you, no mini fridge , and the pool was overcroweded with lots of locals that dropped in for a swim!! Good for a night if your desperate!
