Not sure if it's just the room I got. But it smells really bad, musty and damp. The bed makes me feel itchy and has weird spots on the sheet. Cannot connect to the Wifi at all. It's miserable and at this point just say you don't have Wifi.

Due to the construction been done on the subway route, power and A/C wasn't working properly, front desk gave me a fan to help fight the heat

Everything! The area, the staff, the food in hotel, the security of my safety, the ppl, the area near all. Stood here 30 days!!! Felt at home. Azucena the cleaner is kind. Upon arrival they take your bag upstairs, no shady ppl, no weirdness, no feeling of unsafery, I legitimate will say this is a great hotel for anyone, family, female, solo traveller etc.

The advertised air con was not functioning when i arrived. I spoke to the gentleman on reception, who after half an hour in which he initially denied there was any air conditioning in the hotel, finally got it working. I think to do this he had to get the air conditioning working in the entire building!

The place is extremely dated. The rooms are small and musty. They write that there is an a/c. This is simply not true. It doesn't work. And you can't control it from the room. I asked time after time at the desk for them to turn it on. They said in 10 minutes... in 10 minutes. Eventually, out of 2 says stay. It operated, needless to say very poorly for maybe 2 hours. So i gave up. Also, horrible lightning in the room a few small lemps that leave the room dark all day long

Many facilities were not available, no air conditioning, no view, window needed to stay open and very noisy, staff downplayed these issues and only after much debate agreed to credit part of our stay.

We arrived at the hotel via taxi. When we drove up, all the doors and windows were boarded up. There was a major fire at the hotel the day before. They had to rescue guests off the roofs.

The hotel caught fire at midnight of the 10th of July 2023. The employees left all guests inside with no warnings during the event. Some of us were trapped in the roof until firefighters arrived there about an hour later. Even after that, it was difficult to escape with children. The firefighters resorted to making a hole in the wall of the next building, so we escaped suffocation. Even after evacuation, there were no hotel personnel in sight, only emergency services. I had to book expensive emergency accommodation nearby paying by myself using my phone as my family and I escaped with nothing. The hotel so far has refused to do any refund or compensation at all. In fact, they stopped all communications. According to Booking.com, they had fire and emergency alarms, which is false. This can easily be verified by the photos published by the hotel itself. There are no alarms on the ceilings.

Not safe! There was a fire and there was no fire alarm. No one notified us that there was a fire! The next morning after the fire the valuables that we didn’t bring with us while we were evacuating to the rooftop got stolen from our room(a watch, a ring). Also there was no safety deposit box inside the room.

The A/C was busted for more than 3 days straight, and the front desk did not provided options like a fan. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower is really tight

The ubication is great; lots of meal options, and is really near the metro station. The maids are really friendly, and have a good attitude
