It was central, made it really easy to walk just about anywhere in town. It was clean, easy to check in and out, had everything we needed and more inside, amazing rooftop view, and unique local architecture.

I was in loft 3, third floor, taking luggage upstairs was a little difficult for me. Maybe next time stay in loft 1or 2. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in refrigerated waiting, especially since I arrived late at night. Dish soap dispenser was empty.

Steps away to centro. Outstanding roof top deck with gorgeous views of la parroquia. Super comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. Nicely decorated and clean. Very quiet and peaceful location.

I think it should’ve been noted that many of the rooms are on very different levels involving many steps. I was not happy to see that once we climbed three levels the and enter the apartment that the bed then was also up another flight of stairs. !

Bed was too soft for someone with a bad back; although, this is typical given the soft-plush bed trend with hotels.

To many keys there was no electricity we had nobody to talk about how to close or how can we get back to the place. Room 2 has inclosed bedroom that feels claustrophobic but suits are not

Wish there were more electrical outlets in bedroom for charging your phone at bedside

We had a wonderful stay at sollano 34. Location was perfect. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and with all the modern comforts. My only wish is that there were additional electrical outlets in the bedroom( perhaps at bedside tables) for your phone or charging purposes). We would certainly book again.

Lots of steps but very manageable and expected in an old town like SMA. Wished water was filtered within the property, so it would be suitable for drinking. Having only one key that controlled all lighting within the unit.

Location was great, easy to get around the city. Apartment was very nice and furnished with modern amenities. Very secure property. Very friendly staff. Awesome rooftop that provides nice sunset views.

Absolutely adorable apartment in an incredible location, we couldn’t have asked for more. I don’t know why you would spend a small fortune at a resort when this little charmer is walkable, stylish, and absolutely delightful. We WILL be back!

Having to lock multiple doors to get into the property was a little tedious but I understand for the safety.

The loft is gorgeous and spacious. I enjoyed the terrace that overlooked the church. The sheets and bed were very comfortable and lots of storage space. Although we only stayed a few days, this place is perfect for a week or more stay!

There are a lot of stairs inside the property (and some darker hallways) to negotiate which can be tiring after a long day of walking SMdA's cobblestone and hilly streets. For longer stays, you may want to negotiate bathroom cleaning and linen exchanges.

An amazing value for the money, these boutique-type apartments are well located in Centro, close to Parroquia, restaurants, shopping. Loft #4 (of 5) was spacious for two people with charming decor, a good size kitchen (somewhat minimally equipped), and a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and pressure. All units shared access to a beautiful rooftop with expansive views. When the internet was fussy, the accommodating staff responded with tech support right away.
