The food isn’t the best and the smell of the rooms Could’ve been better. They also ask if you have any food allergies and when you tell them and still receive the food you have an allergy to. They need separate grills, where they cook meat products versus non meat. And the music sucks.

No limit for sex activities. many people searching for swinging. On the first day the concierge asked us to pass the hotel introduction tour but that was a presentation for some “whole-life-travel” prepayment program, which was 90 minutes time wasting.

Excellent entertainment, good drinks, very good food, variety of restaurants, bars and activities.

Was going to give a much lower rating as the room I got (disabled room )was not the room type as advertised on booking.com. I called and spoke to reception upon check in and they told me it was the room I booked . I then spoke to the night reception and they then offered a new room but it was late and I had dinner reservations in the city so I could not move rooms . They should have offered me to move earlier when I checked in and complained. But the next morning , my issue was handled extremely well by the guest relationship manager Mr Jose M Romero who understood my situation and agreed that I was right as I did not book a disabled room and he made up for the night before by moving rooms and ensuring that the rest of my stay was enjoyable. I’ve worked and managed hotels before and I feel Mr Romero is an asset to the company

The garden view room was smaller than what I expected. Can be pretty loud at night from the Bash party but only until 1-2am. Drinks are pretty weak, even the shots.

Room was clean and comfortable. Food was overall delicious and have enough varieties. Fun party vibe and people were generally so accepting and friendly. Quiet pool is nice for party break. Beach was picturesque and serene.

On one night, the food at the buffet wasn't great. They say they have "international buffet" and "Mexican buffet" but every time we asked we were sent to the same place. On the last night there was an angry person banging on a door in our corridor cussing out and demanding to open the door and that's when we learned that the phone in our room wasn't working and we didn't have a way to call the front desk

Strong party vibe and great crowd. Food was generally good.Friendliest staff. Great place to relax. Beautiful beach.

A bit disappointed in the local food options. The alcohol tasted like it was watered down and heard the same from several other without even mentioning it. The beach area is very small with a lot of seaweeds, basically no space to "swim". Lastly, we had an incident on our first night. My roommate fell in the middle of the night due to condensation (floor was wet). We called and they mopped the floor and said we left the door open, which we didn't. One of the staff was not friendly and rude about the incident. My friend was sore the whole trip and basically got the runaround when trying to report. Other staff had admitted that this is an issue which needs to be resolved before someone is seriously injured.

Every one was friendly until we had an incident. Enjoyed the entertainment, especially the foam party. Cosmic night could use a bit more excitement.

The room seems to have condensation for some reason but didn’t bother us at all.

The staff were superb. The property is centrally located and on the beach which made it perfect. The resort is not too big and everything is easily accessible. Beautiful spot.

No supervision or control over the hallways at night. Very hard to get good sleep from people making lots of noise all hours of the night near our rooms and others
